Every WWE Fan Can Name These Divas

World Wrestling Entertainment or WWE is a sports entertainment brand that now hosts over 570 live events, each year, in the United States and outside the country. They currently have a host of male and female Superstars (150+), under exclusive contracts,  that are said to be "highly trained and motivated independent contractors".

Since the 2000s, WWE buffs have said the term 'Divas' (used to describe female wrestlers) discredits the work that talented women put into entertaining viewers with live professional wrestling matches. But to some fans, 'Divas' reminds them of the will and power of those women who adhered to ridiculous demands to make WWE reach where it is today in terms of female wrestling events.

If you are 20+, you probably lived through the 'Stratusfying' times of WWE history. Trish Status, a fitness model, was signed as a manager for the tag team of Test and Albert and left a profound impact on the brand of female wrestling aka Divas. Next, we had WWE's principal owner, Chief Brand Officer and one of the "Most Powerful Women in Cable". Stephanie McMahon who reckoned with the powerful men of the time to create an unparalleled brand in WWE history.
