Two of the most popular comedy series out there are The Office and Parks and Recreation. And on those two television shows, two of the most popular characters are Jim Halpert and Andy Dwyer. Both men are in work settings yet are goofy. Both men fall in love with coworkers. Both men can be kind, hardworking and decent...but they can also be hilarious and a bit immature.
