Who Can Match These High School Cliques To Their Movie?

No chick flick - or high school comedy - would be complete without a clique. Or several cliques. Dictionaries describe a "clique" as a tight-knit group made up of a few individuals who are less than eager to allow new members to join their ranks.

When most of us think of cliques we instantly think of cheerleaders, popular girls and mean girls. Of course, that is not always the case, although it is true that the latter guard their cliques with unparalleled ferocity. Still, very often cliques are also made of nerds, jocks, art students, foreign students and even outcasts who are just as unwilling to allow new members to join their group.

When it comes to movies, cliques often look incredibly realistic. Why? Because more often than not they mirror actual, real-life cliques. And while it is true that on screen these cliques - whether they are made up of cheerleaders or nerds - are exaggerated for comedic purposes, they nonetheless remind us of the cliques - or groups of tight-knit friends - that we have witnessed in real life.

We've created a quiz full of different cliques from popular movies. Now, who thinks they'll be able to match every one of the cliques we've included to the movie they appeared in? Let's find out!
