We Doubt Anyone Remembers Twilight Enough To Pass This Trivia Quiz

Some people who have clicked onto this quiz probably think that we are just crazy for believing that most people probably don't remember enough about the Twilight series to be able to pass this quiz. But look at it from our perspective for a second. I mean, the last installment of the series did come out six years ago. And sure, Twilight had its big following...but it's not like the Harry Potter universe or the Lord of the Rings universe. What I'm saying is that there is nowhere near as much substance to the Twilight series. So why would people remember much from it?

That being said, I'm hoping my words will spur every quiz-taker here forward to want to prove me wrong. I have been wrong before and I will be wrong again. I'm not sure that will be the case here, but I'm curious to see just how many people out there are still so deep into the realm of Twilight that they can pass this quiz.

How many characters can everyone here name? How many different groups from the series can people name? How much history do quiz-takers here know about some of the more important characters of the series? How much do people know about the way the supernatural elements work in the films? Only one way to find out. Let's sink our teeth into this quiz...

Question 1

Who is the leading lady?

Well, now...if there is anyone out there taking this quiz who cannot answer this question...well, they have no real business taking this quiz in the first place. This has got to be the easiest question to answer, by far. She is, after all the leading lady of the entire series. She is the character that girls watching the movies are supposed to pretend to be so that they can experience the love of Edward and Jacob through her. That's why she always seems so vapid.

Question 2

Who is this pallid vamp?

Oh, come on. This is the leading man of the whole series. Well, I mean there are two real leading men in this story. I guess that is a matter of perspective. It depends on which creature a particular person happens to prefer. It is interesting, though, to see how many people just don't care about humans anymore. They are just interested in this supernatural creature or the other. At any rate, this guy is a bit of a forceful lover but means well, I guess.

Question 3

Who is this hunky dude?

This guy is typically seen in the series without a shirt on. It is pretty easy to understand just why it is that this decision was made during the shoot. The guy has a nice body and even more girls are going to watch the films with him in it. Anyway, this guy is actually a childhood friend of Bella's. That being said, nothing comes of that until after Edward has started up with Bella and has disappeared. This guy is there to help pick up the pieces.

Question 4

Does Bella love Edward or Jacob?

Well, here is the thing. It might be a bit difficult to sort out this one. I mean, sure, Edward is the first guy to really show interest in Bella in the first place. He's a bit creepy and forceful about it, but he shows interest. But he also does abandon her. And that's where Jacob comes onto the scene. Bella's known him for a long time...but now they're teens and...well...we all know what that means. Oh, what an emotional struggle!

Question 5

In which film do Edward and Bella get married?

There are a few options here to choose from. Plenty has happened in the story of Bella and Edward by the time they do decide to actually get hitched though. That being said, a whole lot happens to both of them in the first film alone so...who knows? The whole wedding thing must have scared Bella when Edward basically forced a huge and lavish wedding on her. I mean, I guess most brides would love that, but she just seems like there's too much on her plate.

Question 6

What is the vampire diet for Bella and friends?

To be fair here, Bella is not a vampire for a good length of the film series, which is actually pretty surprising. However, when she does finally take the plunge and gets into the vampire way of life, what is it that she and her fellow vamps bother to go out and eat? Is it like Underworld where they produce synthetic blood? That might be easy enough. Dr. Carlisle Cullen is a genius doctor after all. Or do they stick to more traditional methods?

Question 7

What happens to vampires if exposed to direct sunlight?

This is probably going to end up being one of the easiest questions to answer in this quiz. There are some easy ones to make everyone feel good about taking the quiz, and this is definitely one of those. Traditionally, we all know what happens to vampires when they step into sunlight. That should not be out of the realm of knowledge of anyone clicking on this quiz. That being said, something totally different and unexpected happens to the Twilight vamps.

Question 8

How many Twilight movies are there?

Here is an interesting one. Considering that all of the films debuted between 2008 and 2012, and also considering the length of time needed between each film, just how many films might someone here guess that the company made? Is this a trilogy? A quadrilogy? Is there simply a one-off film and a sequel? Or is this a series that has just pumped out one too many films, out of sync with the original books? Of course, this is not up to me to answer so...?

Question 9

Who are these vampires?

The guy in this shot was rescued by the lovely lady next to him all way back in 1935. What was happening to him at the time? Oh, not much. He was just being mauled by a bear. It was close to a fatal attack but all turned out for the best as the father of the girl who saved this guy turned him into a vampire. This might seem scary but it worked out for the best as the two fell in love and stuck close to the family.

Question 10

Who is this villainous vamp?

This is one interesting dude. I think I am being at least a little misleading when it comes to this specific vampire. I say that he is villainous, but that is not the case throughout the entire series. True, he is part of a group that tries to off Bella, but he also ends up leaving that group, after having a bit of combat with the Olympic Coven. He even ends up on the side of Bella to some extent, for a time...

Question 11

Where does the majority of the story take place?

There are a couple of locations that the story jumps back and forth between but there is one town that contains the majority of the action from start to finish of this series. It's a place that Bella moves back to. It's a place that Jacob and Edward both have somehow ended up going to school in (without any previous conflict)...it seems like a pretty nice town. Of course, that is until the vampires and the werewolves start going at each other.

Question 12

Who is this guy?

This is a very interesting vampire, for sure. Most people would surely not think it to look at him, but this particular vamp was once a General in the Confederate army. Very strange, indeed. Either way, he met a vampire during his time in the war, was turned into one himself, and started an army with the woman who turned him. Eventually, he left the group of vampires after feeling too guilty of all the lives he took. He eventually found and fell in love with Alice.

Question 13

Why is Bella's pregnancy so difficult?

There are a number of reasons why a pregnancy can really go wrong. Or if not just go fully wrong, also have a reason to be concerned about. That being said, it is not up to me to discern just which reason it is that Bella has such issues during her pregnancy. That is for each quiz-taker to sort out. One way or another, Bella does not have a good time during pregnancy. So much so, she pretty well had to be saved after giving birth.

Question 14

What is Jacob?

This should be a pretty easy one. It should be a no-brainer, in my opinion. I mean, there are really only so many things that any character in this series could be. Maybe there's a bit of True Blood in this one where there are some fairies kicking around in addition to the other mystical creatures that seem to always be at war with one another. Either way, Jacob turns out to be a specific creature, thanks to his descendants...

Question 15

Who is the father of Bella's child?

I wonder if anyone can remember this. I think each and every quiz-taker here must consider right now that Bella loved both Jacob and Edward, and let's be honest here...one of these boys is a little more of a prude than the other. But that doesn't mean the prude didn't end up winning out. Either way, there is not much I can say without giving away the answer and that would be cheating. Don't think I'm going to give up the ghost...or other supernatural entity.

Question 16

Who is this local cop?

There is a cop that plays a pretty minor role in the story of Twilight. Which is a very sad thing especially because he is part of the reason why Bella even exists in the first place. That should make him pretty important but pretty well the most intense thing he does is give Bella a bit of trouble once she comes back from being missing for three straight days. I would say that is pretty irresponsible of this guy. Wouldn't he try and find her?

Question 17

What native tribe does Jacob belong to?

Some people may have missed this little piece of story. Well, it is more likely that some people may have simply forgotten about this element of the story. IT is kind of important though when it comes to the history and importance of the past of Jacob's people. It turns out that his people are descended from wolves in one way, shape or form and this is why he ends up becoming a werewolf. This is all based on his native heritage.

Question 18

Who is this fatherly figure?

Here is the head honcho of a pretty important family in the Twilight world (as I itch to say Twilight Zone). This guy is a very accomplished doctor who could apparently make a ton more money at a far better hospital in a bigger and better part of the country...but, as it happens, he seems to prefer the quiet little town that he lives and works in. It's not like he even needs to work at the job he does in order to provide his family with the wealth they already have.

Question 19

What do Bella and Edward name their daughter?

I have to be totally honest here...I know that this character name was chosen as a mix up of other characters from the series but it really does not stop the name from being really strange to me. There is something about strange names like this that make me wonder just how well this kid is going to grow up in terms of bullying. Especially when Jacob, almost right away, gives her a pretty awful nickname. What a standup guy.

Question 20

Why does Jacob start a new pack?

It is kind of an amazing thing that Jacob does this. I mean, to be fair, he had not been a werewolf all that long before he went out of his way to break from the pack to start his own. But the thing is...those are all his people. Those are people he's known for so long. And they worked together to teach Jacob the way of being a werewolf. That being said, Jacob still decides to take some of his canine friends with him to start another pack.

Question 21

Who is this vile vamp?

This guy is a very interesting character. He is one of the three ancient leaders of the Volturi Coven of vampires. This guy has been around since 1300 BC! That is some length of time to have lived. It kind of amazes me that he and his counterparts still engage in such silly things, having lived so long, but the writers have to keep the story moving somehow, right? One would not think so, but this guy was actually turned into a vamp when he was in his forties!

Question 22

How did Jacob make it through his first shifting?

It is not like Jacob is just right ready to jump into the skin of a werewolf right off the bat. In fact, he actually thinks that all of that stuff about being the descendants of wolves is nothing but native legend. Well, he finds out that he is very wrong. Thankfully, there is something that happens when he goes through his first transformation that allows him to make it through without too much fear or freak out. Thank goodness.

Question 23

Is Renesmee an immortal child?

This is probably the biggest thing over which everyone battles in the film series. Never mind Bella and Edward's love or Bella and Jacob's love. This one issue is the biggest driving force of conflict. It really matters to every group in this film that Bella's child not be allowed to live if she is an immortal child. The vamps, more than others, are very concerned about this because human children turned vamps pose a threat to their world...they are just kids after all. Imagine what would happen if someone that young were turned into a vampire and given all that power.

Question 24

What does James want?

James is a very strange vampire. For some reason, when it comes to things that Edward wants, James wants them in a different way. Following James' logic is sort of pointless, but at least he represents some degree of conflict so as not to make the film all that boring. He does become quite a pain. That being said, after a run-in with the Olympic Coven, the people who were banded together in James' coven dissipate and join up with the Cullens.

Question 25

Who are these villainous vamps?

These guys and gals are some very intense vampires with way too much time on their hands and a whole lot of villainy under their belts. These are certainly bloodthirsty vamps who seem to be spoiling for a fight at every turn. Maybe that is because the leaders of this coven all come from ancient times from one point or another. They could just be bored with the world and just want to fight. Or they think that they are rightful rulers because of their age.

Question 26

What was the initial reason for Bella and Edward to get married?

Let's all be honest here. There are plenty of reasons to get married. Not all of them are very honest or very romantic, and then some are seriously passionate (even if not all that smart to begin with). Why is it that Bella and Edward originally decided to get married? What was the first thing that brought it up? Was it a matter of convenience? Was it a matter of custom when turning Bella to a vampire? Or was it for some ulterior motive?

Question 27

In what year was Edward born?

To look at Edward Cullen, one might not assume the answer that happens to be the reality of the character's birthday. I am not sure if this will help narrow it down, but Edward was turned into a vampire back in 1918. Why? Well, otherwise, he would have fallen victim to the Spanish Flu. So, at least the time has been narrowed to a certain number of decades. Does anyone have any idea of just when Edward was born in his hometown of Chicago?

Question 28

Do Edward and Jacob get along?

Well, now here is the thing...I suppose this one sort of depends on what is meant by "get along". So, that being said, let me elaborate on this one. I don't mean for a second that both Edward and Jacob are really close and buddy buddy. I think everyone would know well enough that this would just never be the case. I just mean civilly allied. Do these two very different creatures at least get along in some sort of professional way?

Question 29

Can Edward Fly?

This should be a pretty easy one for anyone to answer. At least so long as everyone answering this question have seen all of the films. Sure, there is a chance that someone might have forgotten a detail like this but I think it is pretty important enough that it might stand out when it comes to Edward's abilities. That is, if he has this ability to begin with. Either way, this is not my question to answer for everyone.

Question 30

How does Edward get Bella grounded?

This is actually pretty amusing, I think. It certainly is not one's average way of getting another person grounded by their parents. It is strange though, considering everything that happens leading up to the grounding. I mean, I would expect tat daddy might go out of his way to deal with the situation before Bella had to face up to her actions and get reprimanded with a solid grounding...at least until daddy caves and still lets her go out to some extent.

Question 31

Why do the Volturi want to get rid of Renesmee?

The Volturi seem to always really want to get in the way of everything that could be happy in Bella's life. Of course, considering they expected her to be turned into a vamp and then to be returned in order to join the coven alongside Edward, I can see why they might at least be a bit mad at Bella...but what could they possibly have against Bella's baby? Especially since their attitude is very hostile towards the baby. It must be something important.

Question 32

Who does Bella arm wrestle?

I know the very first thing I would do if I ever got turned into a vampire would be to challenge the nearest strong man to an arm wrestle just so I could replay my favourite moments from Over The Top, starring Sly Stallone. I mean, why not? I'd be a vampire. I could do what I want. Well, that is what it seems like is Bella's first inclination once she is turned into a vampire. But who is it that she's wrestling?

Question 33

Who are Alec and Jane?

Alec and Jane are certainly very powerful and pretty scary characters. Or at least they can be if they choose to be. Jane has a very powerful ability to instill fear in people around her. However, Alec has an even scarier power, believe it or not. He has the ability to deprive his opponents of all senses. He has the ability of sensory deprivation. I have to say, first and foremost, that I think that is a very cool power...but it is pretty scary.

Question 34

How old is Bella at the start of the series?

We all know that Bella, right from the start of the story, is in high school. That is pretty obvious, for sure. That being said, can anyone here recall exactly what age she is when the story kicks off? She could be anywhere from 14-19 years old...or even older if she wasn't smart enough to avoid a victory lap. One thing is for sure though, Edward is much older than Bella, and there is no denying that...especially since he was born in at least the early half of the previous century.

Question 35

Why do the werewolves want to get rid of Renesmee?

This is a very interesting deal here. This is actually a big part of the reason why Jacob decides to leave the pack that he is a part of in the first place. And good for him. He leaves his own people just in order to protect a girl he thinks he loves; a girl who might love him but not near as much as she loves Edward. Regardless, there is a pretty specific reason that the werewolves want to get rid of Bella's baby.
