There's No Way You Can Match The Vampire To The Franchise... Can You?

Vampires have taken over pop culture for the past couple of years now. No one can get enough of the blood thirsty vamps that have a way of seducing us into forgetting that they kill people daily. The movies and TV shows make them appear so normal that you may even start to think that your next door neighbor is a vampire because you only see them at night or they always wear black. There have been a ton of vampire franchises that have blown up over the years including the Twilight series, True Blood and The Vampire Diaries.
All of the vampires in the most popular series show some bit of humanity that will keep dragging you back in even when you think that you have had enough. If you are a true fan of supernatural shows and movies then you have probably watched all of the movies and binged all of the TV shows. So do you think that you have what it takes to match the vampires to their franchises based off of some key facts and maybe a photo? If so then go ahead and give this quiz a shot!
Edward Cullen
This one should be pretty easy for anyone that had interest in supernatural or vampire movies. Edward Cullen has been a vampire for a pretty long time and done his fair share of things that he is not proud of. But now he only feeds on animals and does his best to not let his existence negatively effect anyone else. When he meets Bella, a human, he falls completely in love with her and questions everything that he thought he knew.
Stefan Salvatore
This is yet another giveaway for most people. Stefan is similar to the previous vampire in that he tries his best to be good. When he first becomes a vampire he has a hard time controlling his hunger and kills a ton of people in the process. His friend is able to help him get back on track and since then he lived off of animal blood for a good number of years. Eventually he switched to blood bags because he needed strength.
Bill Compton
Bill Compton was a soldier who was turned against his will when he got wounded in battle and stumbled upon a woman. He was searching for help and thought that she was an angel sent from heaven above, that was until he realized what she actually was. Since then he has done his best to behave but is a bit impulsive at times. He likes to be in control and is good at taking charge of different types of situations.
Eric Northman
Eric Northman is a bit rough around the edges when you first meet him. He wants what he wants and has no problem taking it. He doesn't have much regard for human life so he has no problem feeding off of humans or coercing them to do whatever he wants them to do. Over the course of his characters development he gets a bit more soft and caring but at the end of the day he looks out for himself.
Damon Salvatore
Damon Salvatore, what is there to say about this vampire? Well you either love him or you hate him. When he was first introduced to audiences he had a very rough exterior and spent most of his free time torturing his brother and anyone that was close to him. As his character progressed and developed more meaningful relationships he was able to drop that rough exterior and show a much softer side to him. So do you know where he is from?
Rosalie Hale
Rosalie Hale is a bit hard to get to know but once you do get past that rough exterior and she opens up its easy to see why she is the way that she is. When she was human she was attacked by her fiancé and his friends during a drunken night out. He left her to die but luckily, or unluckily, she was found by a vampire who decided to turn her because they thought that they would be helping her.
Caroline Forbes
Caroline Forbes is probably one of the perkiest vampires to ever exist. She never wanted to be a vampire and was pretty content with her life when she was turned. However once she became a vampire she really grew into herself and was able to become more secure in who she was. She flourished and excelled under the pressure of having to control her urges for blood. She shocked everyone with how well she was able to control herself form the get go.
Carlisle Cullen
Carlisle is about as good as vampires get. He worked his whole existence as a vampire to control his desire for blood enough that he can practice medicine and save people instead of hurting them. He tries to help anyone that he can and is always the peacekeeper trying to keep everyone calm. Carlisle loves his family fiercely and will do anything in his power to make sure that no harm comes to him. Where is this good vampire from?
Aro
Aro is like the mean girls in high school who pretend to be your friends but look for any opportunity that may be presented to them to stab you in the back. He looks out for himself only and is always trying to become stronger then everyone else by having all of the strongest vampires on this "team". Although he may appear to be fair and just he is actually one of the most calculating, manipulative vampires to ever exist.
Klaus Mikaelson
Klaus Mikaelson is an acquired taste. You will either love him and his crusade to protect his family or hate him and think that he is the most evil being to ever exist. One thing is true about Klaus, he loves his family more than anything and will do anything, anything that he has to do in order to ensure their safety. This includes doing things that they don't even want done. In that sense he is a very selfish man.
Aidan Waite
Aidan Waite was just a normal soldier fighting in the revolutionary war when he was turned into a vampire 260 years ago. When he was first introduced in his franchise he was working as a nurse at a local hospital and basically just trying to stay off of the radar. He tried to live as normal a life as possible but found ti increasingly difficult when his best friend turned into a werewolf, one of vampires most hated and despised enemies.
Alistair
Alistar is a bit of a unique and special vampire. He is from England and is a bit of a nomad, never staying in one place for too long. Despite his strange ways he is a gifted vampire who is able to animate beings at a greater distance than most vampires can. Despite his amazing tracking abilities he is very untrusting of everyone around him and doesn't like to have any sort of relationships with pretty much anyone he knows.
Marcel Gerard
Marcel Gerard did not have an easy start to his life, like most of the vampires that we have talked about so far. He was born to a slave and even though his father was the Governor he was forced to work on a farm just like everyone else in his class. Eventually he was saved by a vampire who took him in and taught him how to defend himself. Eventually he was turned into a vampire and the rest is history.
Elijah Mikaelson
Elijah Mikaelson is a very admirable vampire in a couple of ways. He loves his family more than anything and will always put them first. Elijah also never fails to stick to his word, when he tells you that he is going to do something he does it no questions asked. An honest vampire is pretty hard to find as their entire existence is typically conniving and manipulating humans to do whatever they want them to do. Where is he from?
Enzo St. John
Its pretty hard not to love Lorenzo St. John. He was dealt a pretty crappy hand in life but manages to start each day with a smile and forgives a lot of people for things that most wouldn't. That's not to say that he doesn't have his fair share of evil in him, he is a vampire non the less! He is killed right at the happiest time in his life when he is getting ready to travel with the love of his life.
Pam Beaufort
Pam Beaufort has always taken care of herself. She never relied on a man for anything and that didn't change when she became a vampire. She actually wanted to become a vampire unlike most of the other vampires on this quiz and found that she liked it more than she ever imagined. She was very close with the vampire show made her and felt fiercely loyal to him despite his misgivings. Do you know where this vampire, Pam Beafort is from?
Esme Cullen
Esme is a mother figure, there is no denying that. Her calm demeanor and upbeat personality has the ability to settle an entire room of crazy vampires in seconds. She found the love of her life after she was turned into a vampire and despite her inability to have children she found a way of becoming a mother and fulfilling that need and desire. She is a pretty good vampire overall and feeds only off of animals so that no one gets hurt.
Katherine Pierce
Either you love Katherine Pierce or you are like most people and you hate her. For most of her time on the series she was a hateful and conniving vampire who did anything she could to make others miserable. At times she was just downright mean but over time she started to tell her story a bit more. Once you heard her backstory it was a bit easier to have sympathy for her at points but she was still pretty evil.
Rebekah Mikaelson
Rebekah Mikaelson has a tendency to think with her heart and not her head. This leads her to make some bad decisions and often go against what her family wishes of her. She is basically just a teenage girl who is stuck in the immature phase where boys overrule everything else. All of her past disappointments have turned her a bit cold to the outside world and she has a very hard time trusting anyone that is not her family.
Isobel
Isobel was not on the show for very long before she decided to go out in the sun with no protection. She knew that this would result in her death and she welcomed it with open arms. She got pregnant when she was a teenager and gave her daughter up for adoption. Later in life she became fascinated with vampires and convinced one of them to turn her. She eventually found her daughter and tried to makes things right with her.
Tara Thornton
Tara Thornton was always a lost soul from the time that she was a child. Her mother was an alcoholic and her father was abusive up until the day that he walked out on her and her mother when she was just a child. She felt that her friends didn't appreciate her and she just had a bad attitude in general. Once she was turned she came into herself a bit more and did what made her happy finally instead of taking care of other people.
Silas
In this franchise, Silas is the oldest immortal to ever exist. No one even knew that he existed until one of the witches on the show started dabbling in dark magic known as expression. Silas came onto the show with quite the bang and just one goal in mind. He wanted to find the love of his life, Amara, and finally die in peace with her by his side. He had no desire to go on living another day in this world.
Warlow
In this franchise, Warlow was the oldest vampire to ever exist. He had made a few deals with some people a very long time ago and when he came to collect what he felt that he was owed chaos ensued. He pretended to be a good guy, gaining the trust of the woman that he was planning on taking. Eventually his true colors were shown and he tried his best to destroy her life. In the end he failed thanks to a few friends.
Elena Gilbert
Elena Gilbert suffered more loses before she was eighteen then most people experience in their entire lifetime. She lost both of her parents in a horrific car accident, her birth parents and her guardian. She blamed herself for most of their deaths and had a hard time overcoming them. She was turned into a vampire when she met the same fate as her parents, driving off of the local bridge. She hated being a vampire but learned to live with it.
Alice Cullen
Alice Cullen is a bit strange, even for a vampire. But despite her strangeness she means well and tries to make everyone like her as much as she likes them. Sometimes her efforts go unappreciated and others they are a huge success. She has a special ability that allows her to see the future of the people closest to her. When her family needs her the most she is there for them and does everything she can to help them.
Suren
Suren is the daughter of one of the most powerful vampires to ever exist. She has "power" over the other vampires because of her mother and is not afraid to assert her power when she feels that she needs to. She is a bit of a tough nut to crack but when she falls in love with an old friend she softens up a but and comes to her senses. She is killed before she is able to make any real changes.
Finn Mikaelson
Finn Mikaelson is not the most likeable character from the get go but he does most things because he truly loves his mother and wants to do right by her. He doesn't want to disappoint her and probably feels that he has to be fiercely loyal to her in order to make up for his siblings misdoings. In the end he follows his mother into his death and never truly gets to achieve what he was trying to. Where is he from?
Jenna Sommers
Jenna is a happy, kind woman who has things that happen to her that are just not fair, plain and simple. She was a normal grad student when her world was turned upside down and she was granted custody of her orphaned niece and nephew. They were only a few years younger then her and there was a bit of a learning curve. Once they finally started getting the hang of things she was turned and staked shortly after wards.
Jasper Hale
Jasper Hale comes off as very cold and selfish when he is first introduced but over time its easy to see why this is true. He has ben involved in things and seen some events that will change a person for the rest of their life. He only feeds on animals because he doesn't want to hurt anyone in order to satisfy himself but struggles with it a bit since its still new and has a couple of slip ups.
Emmett Cullen
Emmett Cullen is a very carefree and lovable guy. He loves to have fun and takes every situation that is thrown at him with a giddy attitude and positive outlook. He loves a good fight so he is more than happy when his family gets themselves into not one, or two but multiple wars and fights with vampires. His giddy personality can quickly turn serious when his family is put in danger so he's the one to call if caught in a bind.
