What makes a good superhero movie? A great villain, of course. Sure, it's important to have a cool hero that the audience loves, but it's equally important to have a villain that everyone hates. The villain has to be dangerous and push the hero to his or her limits. Otherwise, there is no conflict in the movie and it becomes simply boring. Luckily, there have been some really cool supervillains in the past when it comes to superhero movies. These come in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes they even turn from the path of evil and become allies with the superheroes they were once fighting.

But perhaps the most exciting part of these Supervillains is their backstories. It's always very interesting to find out what exactly made these people so evil. How did they get their powers? Why do they want to kill their enemies so badly? Sometimes, the backstory for the supervillains can be even more interesting than the backstory of the hero they are trying to kill.
