There’s so much amazing music out there, it’s hard listen to it all. Though mainstream music mostly consists of pop music, there are so many successful genres in Top 40 radio, including rap, R&B, country, rock, and alternative.
Taylor Swift and Katy Perry are still two of the biggest female pop stars in the world and most people enjoy their music even if they aren’t big pop fans. Beyoncé and Lady Gaga are also very popular and successful touring artists. Country music stars are also having quite the moment, as well as rock bands. Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, The Foo Fighters, U2, and many other popular bands are still touring and making music today! As for rappers, Kanye West, Jay Z, Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, and Eminem are very popular right now in the music industry.
Now it’s time for you to pick your favorites in music and we’ll try and guess who your favorite member of One Direction is. It’s going to be tough for us, but let’s see if we can get it right!
