Take This Star Wars Quiz And We'll Reveal Which Sith Lord You Are!

Let's be honest here. You've never really cared much about what the rebels do with their lives. Have you? If you have, then this is definitely not the quiz for you, that's for sure. This quiz is for those who love to tap into the dark side of the Force; for those who want nothing more than to have a red lightsabre, shoot Force lightning at people and Force choke those who manage to live past the lightning.

There are so many cool things about the dark side that the Jedi just don't have. And even if you're a bigger fan of the Jedi and/or the rebels I'm fairly certain you have the ability to see just how much cooler the Sith are anyway. There are not all that many Jedi with a pretty awesome backstory who haven't, at one time or another, flirted with the dark side.

That being said, there is every reason why you should want to be a Sith Lord more than you'd ever want to be a Jedi Master. Even the title sounds cooler. But which Sith Lord would you be? I think it really depends on a lot of things and there is probably only one way to find out which Sith Lord you'd be...and that's by taking this quiz, of course.

Question 1

Would you rather an AT-AT or AT-ST?

If you're having trouble trying to remember which one of these machines is which, it's pretty easy. The Imperial AT-AT is the giant, four-legged machine in this photo, most famously shown in The Empire Strikes Back as a bunch of them make to blow up the Rebel base. Of course, one of them is iconically taken down by Luke Skywalker as he ropes his snow speeder around the legs of the AT-AT, forcing it to fall. The AT-ST is the "chicken-walker" from Return of the Jedi.

Question 2

Would you take candy from a baby?

This might seem like a pretty pointless and meaningless question when it comes to just which Sith Lord you would be but I think that moral issues and matters of ethics really do help to shape the sort of person you are and therefore the sort of Sith Lord you would become. After all, not all Sith Lords are very evil people. Some of them do have limits. And then there are the real Sith Lords who simply seek to reign supreme and be the sole source of knowledge and power for the dark side...until their apprentice succeeds them.

Question 3

Would you take in a baby Nightwalker?

Yes, I know that this crosses universes a little bit. There are no Nightwalkers in the Star Wars universe. There are Gloomwalkers though. Either way, the question still stands. I mean, think of all the things that could come of raising a Nightwalker as a Sith. I think that would be one pretty powerful creature. Of course, that depends on exactly what it is that you are looking for in terms of power with the dark side of the force. I bet they would be naturally attuned to the dark side already. That's got to be a bonus!

Question 4

Would you join in the battle of Hoth?

Here's the thing. Darth Vader did show up during the battle of Hoth. I think a lot of that had to do with the fact that the Imperial stormtroopers just couldn't really do their job as well as Darth Vader would have liked. Of course, he's a powerful Sith and stormtroopers are basically cannon fodder anyway. So that's not really a shocker right there. But also, would you even see this battle as something of interest at all to you as a Sith Lord? That's the real question. Does the battle of Hoth even matter to you and your work with the dark side of the Force?

Question 5

Would you want a clone army?

It is an intriguing thought isn't it? Why not have a whole army of clones that you can use in any way you wish. They're all programmed to do whatever you tell them to. They can even be built in with code knowledge so that they act all nice at one point and then start slaughtering Jedi Masters left right and centre at the next point. They seem to be a pretty handy thing to have but it all depends on what you want to achieve as a Sith Lord. There are reasons you could go either way, that's for sure. So, which direction would you go?

Question 6

Would you bother building the Death Star?

Would you bother building the Death Star? And while I'm asking...would you bother to rebuild it too if it got blown up by those pesky rebels? There are definitely justifications for the both of them and that's quite alright. It's not like we're going to judge you harshly here...it just really does matter which Sith Lord you are and you will be judged based on that, for sure. If not by us then definitely by someone else. Either way, do you think you would need a fully-loaded and weaponized battlestation that could destroy entire planets?

Question 7

Do you want a double or single-sided lighstabre?

Oh, the lightsabre. This is one of the main reasons people ever got into Star Wars to begin with. Let's face it, it's not like the movies were something spectacular. I mean, they were at the time they debuted but they really aren't anything special these days. And if you can't admit that...I feel bad for you. Anyway, there are several different types of lightsabres. Maul has his double-bladed sabre. Kylo Ren has that crossguard on his, and Tyranus has the hooked hilt, which is pretty cool and effective for technical reasons. Which sort of blade would you choose? Single? Or double?

Question 8

Do you think the Empire is a good idea?

A lot of people here might be thinking that I'm nuts for even asking that question. They may assume that building an empire to control the galaxy is a great thing and the power that comes from it is very attractive. And I'm sure that sort of power is very attractive but there are definitely some Star Wars fans who would feel ashamed if they joined the Empire if only because they are true Sith Lords. And to be a true Sith, you must have some greater purpose than just gathering an army and conquering everyone. You must truly reach the dark side.

Question 9

What are your thoughts on the Ewoks?

The Ewoks seem to have been a pretty ridiculous thing to focus on in Return of the Jedi and it makes a lot of sense that these characters may have been a bit of an after thought because of budget constraints. The original plan, after all, was to go to the homeworld of the Wookies and have en epic battle there. It would be way more believable than having a bunch of little teddy bears destroying the Imperial forces way too easily. Yes, we all felt bad when that one Ewok died but that hardly warranted the silliness around that.

Question 10

Would you save someone slipping from a ledge?

I know this might seem a little silly to ask, especially since while Darth Vader attempted to rescue his son Luke from falling to what should have been his death...well, Luke still fell. Though in this case it seems pretty clear that was just Luke telling his dad that there was no way he was going to join with the dark side. But let's look at it a different way. Would you even have bothered to reach out your hand, knowing that your focus must be the dark side in order to stay true to the Force and to being a Sith Lord? That's an important question to ask.

Question 11

Darth Sidious or Darth Maul?

Of these two very well-known Sith Lords it might actually be pretty difficult to choose. I mean, you never really get to experience the Emperor as a younger Sith unless you go back to some of the books and comics. And Darth Maul is a pretty small part in the films so you don't really get a lot of his story unless you go to the cartoons. But I guess the big difference is either "ultimate power!" Or a double-bladed lightsabre. I mean, I would love to be able to both shoot Force lightning and be able to fight with a double-bladed lightsabre but you have to choose for this one.

Question 12

If you find money on the ground...what do you do?

This is a pretty common moral dilemma question. So why not let's use it here? After all, there are some pretty big moral issues that one has to deal with when becoming a Sith Lord, that's for sure. So, let's say you found some money on the ground. Maybe it's a $20 bill...maybe it's a whole wad of cash. What do you do with it? Do you look around to see what person may have dropped it? Do you look around so no one sees you take it? Do you just pocket it without even thinking about it? Or do you try and lure someone in before attacking them?

Question 13

What Force power do you want the most?

This will say a lot about just who you would be as a Sith Lord. What Force power do you want the most? There are plenty to choose from overall but the four you may select from here are more focused towards Sith-specific powers. I mean, you could have Force pull, push, jump, heal and fun things like that but those aren't the powers that most Sith worry about when they go into battle. They think more about Force choke, lightning, battle meditation and manipulation. Not to mention Force sorcery. That is a whole other can of worms right there!

Question 14

What about other Force powers?

Alright, come on, you didn't think we were just going to give you a choice of only a few Force powers to choose from, did you? Force powers really come together to make up just what kind of Sith Lord you're going to be. And it makes perfect sense, I think. After all, where would Darth Vader be without the power to Force choke someone from a huge distance over a video com? Where would Darth Sidious be without the power to use Force lightning on Mace Windu or, even more iconically, on Darth Vader? The Force powers make the Sith.

Question 15

What do you think of Han Solo?

Even if you end up being a Sith who was before Han Solo's time...let's just assume that you're powerful enough to know that this sort of person is coming in the future and may present a problem. And if you were to be a Sith Lord from after Han Solo's time, then you would already know all about his legacy so there is no reason to not know about this guy. That being said, what do you think you would do about this guy if you were a Sith Lord? Would he even matter to you at all? Or would you just let him go about being a scoundrel?

Question 16

Would you hire General Grievous?

General Grievous is one of those wonderfully powerful non-Force-using characters in the Star Wars universe. There's something about him that is just so cool! I think it's probably the fact that he's killed at least four Jedi and can wield each one of their lightsabres at the same time. Look, I know that Obi-Wan Kenobi is a good fighter and he's very fast...but dodging that many lightsabres coming at you? I still think that it was cheap how Grievous died in the films. Either way, as a Sith Lord, would you bother bringing Grievous on to work for you?

Question 17

Would you hire Boba Fett?

This is one guy who has become a legend. Boba Fett is a Star Wars icon. But why? Why does he deserve the status he has? He's only in the films for a very short period of time. And almost half of that time is spent on him losing a fight and getting eaten by the Sarlacc. So...there's really not much to be said of him. And he's not even a Mandalorian! So, even though he has the wicked Mandalorian armour...it doesn't even belong to his people. He's just the son of a man who was cloned thousands of times. That's about it. Would you bother hiring him?

Question 18

Would you build a Stormtrooper army?

When you watch the movies, you will see a number of Stormtrooper specializations. Some of them are pretty cool. I think the snow-troopers look pretty darn cool. That being said though, are these guys even really worth having? Would you bother hiring them as a Sith Lord? They seem to only really be used for cannon fodder. Do they help stall the enemy that much that you'd bother saving up the money to build and keep a functioning army? Sure, you could probably do it through fear but how much time would you be wasting on that?

Question 19

What do you think of Jar Jar Binks?

I'm sure that many of you just absolutely hate this character. And that's sort of fine. Actually, it makes perfect sense. Sith Lords are meant to be full of hate anyway. So, why wouldn't you be focused that way? There are a lot of people who seem to think that Jar Jar Binks was secretly a Sith Lord himself. But what do you think of that theory?

Question 20

Would you kill your own master?

This is one of those initiation things, ultimately. An apprentice shouldn't even be bothering to take the title of Darth until they can prove themselves worthy of the title. And how do they do that? When they've learned everything they can from their master. And what should they do when they have finally learned everything? They should obviously challenge the master to a duel. Of course, you could also poison or kill them in their sleep. Or have other people do it for you. It's up to you as a Sith Lord. But which would you choose to do?

Question 21

Would you train at the Korriban Temple?

The Sith Temple in Korriban is basically where it all began. This is where so many Sith learned the ways of the dark side of the Force. This is where Darth Bane went before he decided to destroy all Sith, save for his apprentice. That being said...would you go there to train? Would you learn all about battle and sorcery and read up on the history of the Sith? I mean...depending on when you went there you might find an army being bred to destroy the Jedi. At other times, you might find an abandoned temple full of knowledge. Either way...

Question 22

What do you think of Kylo Ren's lightsabre?

Alright, this is a pretty controversial one, I think. When people first saw the trailer for The Force Awakens there were a ton of people who loved the look of Kylo Ren. Of course, when you meet the character face to face in the film...you can't help but feel disappointed. Especially since he looked so much like Darth Revan with his helmet on. That being said, there were also a lot of people who thought his lightsabre was the stupidest thing with those cross guards...he's just asking to lose a thumb. Of course, many people would say that his skill in the Force would prevent that.

Question 23

Thoughts on Princess Leia?

There are plenty of things you could spend your time thinking about when it comes to Princess Leia. After all, she is one of the generals of the Rebellion. And who wants that kicking around when you're trying to conquer the galaxy? That being said, if you're a true Sith Lord, you probably don't care about either the Empire or the Rebellion. You could just let them tear each other apart while you go about killing all the Jedi and working deeper into the ways of the dark side of the Force. I mean...you have to keep your priorities straight after all.

Question 24

What lightsabre colour would you choose?

This might not seem like a very important issue, but I think it is. It helps to characterize you as a Sith Lord. That, and the colour of the sabre is also dependent on the type of crystal you use in your weapon. And those crystals can often have different qualities to them that allow you to do specific things. So, the specific colour of your lightsabre could mean a lot. Or, you could just decide to be Samuel L. Jackson about it and just say that you're going to have a purple lightsabre because no one else does and you want to be the most epic of all.

Question 25

Would you save your apprentice from melting?

One of the coldest things (funnily enough) that Obi-Wan Kenobi ever did was to leave his apprentice, a young Anakin Skywalker, to die, melting away at the banks of a lava flow. That's a pretty messed up thing for a Jedi to do to another would-be Jedi. So what happened? Well, Darth Sidious decided to scoop up his young would-be Sith apprentice and gave us the iconic Darth Vader we know and love from the original series. But...if you discovered that your apprentice was so weak and unskilled as to lose the advantage and have his legs cut off by a lightsabre...would you save him?

Question 26

Would you steal office supplies?

Let's say that you work in an office, first and foremost. If you did...would you go out of your way to steal supplies from there for your home or for friends? Or maybe even just to build a robot out of staples and paper clips? It's a worthwhile question. You may not think so but it's another one of those moral dilemmas that I just have to ask about. Think of it this way. If Darth Vader stole from Sidious...what do you think would happen? Probably nothing good. Unless Sidious never found out. But there could be much to gain from stealing from him.

Question 27

Would you help an old lady cross the street?

This is a pretty important and potentially hilarious question. I mean, you never know. There might be some evil advantage to helping an old lady cross the street as a Sith Lord. It could be for political gain if you were one of those conquering Sith guys. Or maybe you wouldn't bother at all. Maybe you wouldn't even give her a second thought as you waltzed on by. Or maybe you would Force push her across the street...it might not be the help she really wanted but she probably didn't specify anyway so you still helped her across the street.

Question 28

Would you be in the office or would you go to war?

There have been so many Sith Lords throughout history who have gone out of their way either to join up with politics and make their darker decisions in the shadows where no one is looking. And then there have been Sith Lords who have openly decided to wage war against anyone who would stand against the dark side of the Force. I don't know if you have noticed by the most successful Sith have been neither of these types of Sith. Sure, Sidious did do a pretty good job but it's likely that he was actually Darth Bane to begin with.

Question 29

What do you think of the Rule of Two?

For those of you who are apparently not very big Star Wars fans, the Rule of Two is very, very important. There have been many Sith armies and they have all failed for a pretty big reason. All of that dark side energy has to be split between all of them. But there have been a number of Sith Lords who used what is called the Rule of Two where this is one Sith to embody all of the power of the dark side and another Sith (the apprentice) to crave all of that power. Basically, there should only be two Sith. Sidious tried that and went through Maul, Tyranus, and Vader.

Question 30

Would you use the Thought Bomb?

For those lesser Star Wars fans who have no idea what the Thought Bomb is, let me explain. Essentially, it is a piece of Sith Sorcery that is used to obliterate all Force-users within a certain radius. Darth Bane convinced a Sith Lord to use this once in order to destroy General Hoth and his 99 Jedi. However, the Sith Lord Bane convinced to use this spell didn't realize that it would also destroy all of the Sith in the area as well. Darth Bane got out of distance and relished in the knowledge that he destroyed so many Force-users in one fell swoop.

Question 31

Do you think you'd turn to the light?

As a Sith Lord, this really should never be a question in your mind. If you find yourself thinking and wondering if you'd ever turn to the light side of the Force, then you almost certainly don't deserve to be given the title of Sith Lord. However, that being said, there have been several Sith Lord who originally came from the light side of the Force. Darth Tyranus was once a Jedi apprentice. So to was Darth Revan. Revan was one of the most destructive Sith Lords...until he was turned back into a Jedi...which sort of ruined him for the Sith.

Question 32

What would you do if someone dropped their wallet?

This might seem similar to asking what you would do if you found some random money on the ground but this is specifically different for a very good reason. Let's just assume here that you have actually watched the person lose their wallet. It's slipped out of their pocket or fallen out of a bag. Either way, the person who owns the wallet doesn't realize they've lost it yet. What do you do with that information? Do you run up and help them? Do you steal it? Do you just leave it there for someone else to deal with? What kind of a Sith are you?

Question 33

What are your thoughts about Wookies?

The Wookies are a pretty powerful species of creature. And they are fitted for war, that's for sure. I mean...it's relatively primitive when it comes to what sort of gear they have. But make no mistake here, they are pretty powerful and have a great amount of stamina and endurance. I wouldn't mind having one of these guys on my team and I'm sure that Han didn't mind after a while either. After all, that's largely the reason why Solo lived for as long as he did. And no one can be surprised there. But what does a Sith think of Wookies?

Question 34

What do you think about Yoda?

Yoda is one of the great Jedi Masters of the Star Wars universe. There is every reason why a Sith Lord may just fully hate Yoda and everything that he stands for. That being said, maybe there is something of some value that Yoda could teach a Sith Lord. After all, it's not like Darth Vader didn't meet Yoda before. And I'm sure that he took some of his words to heart. And that experience helped to shape the Sith Lord that Darth Vader became. So, that being said, what are your thoughts on the famed Jedi Master, Yod?

Question 35

What would you do with Jedi younglings?

Jedi younglings are basically the little orphaned kids who end up at the Jedi Temple to train and become Jedi Knights in the future. And perhaps Jedi Masters after that. They live and breathe the Jedi way. You may recall the scene in Revenge of the Sith where Anakin draws his lightsabre suggesting that he's about to slaughter a whole room of Jedi younglings. And Obi-Wan confirms that he's done this later on in the film. That's pretty ruthless. And it's also a pretty significant Sith thing to do too. what would you do though, when faced with that same situation?
