It feels like only yesterday, but the first time we saw the God of Thunder brought to live-action life on the big screen was back in 2011. That's somehow eight years ago now! What can we say, time flies when you're having fun watching superheroes on the silver screen, right?
To be fair, the comic book Thor had long been thought of as a C-lister for several decades by many, and there was extreme concern over just how the Son of Odin was going to be brought to life and accepted by casual moviegoers.
