Actresses who frequently star in horror films (either as the victim, protagonist or final girl) are often referred to as scream queens.

Now it might seem that these ladies don't have that much to do when it comes to acting but there's more that goes into being a memorable scream queen than just looking scared and getting covered in gross stuff. These characters need to be believable and likeable, or else the audience won't really care if the bad guys get them or not!
