If you're confused about what clothes you should be wearing (if you want to be on trend) then all you need to do is look at pictures of celebrities. Actors, singers, and well-known figures are always in the spotlight, so designers know that if they want their products to set the trend, all they need to do is get a young star or starlet to wear their brand. Sometimes the celebrities even end up setting their own fashion trends. It helps when you have millions of fans who are all dying to try and look just a little bit more like you!
But very few celebs get it right every time. Some don't even seem to care about fashion at all! Even those who always appear to be well turned out miss their mark every now and again.
Today's fashion is all about individuality; what you like and what suits your personality. There's no longer any need to follow trends blindly (although some people still do). You are free to choose!
