Hire Or Fire These Actresses And We'll Tell You If You Have Good Taste In Movies

It's award season in the movie industry and while there will always be a wheelbarrow full of social causes mixed in with the gowns, holier-than-thou speeches and tales of parties we'll never attend, at the core, it still is about good movies.

There is a certain kind of "good movie" that wins awards. It's usually a drama and often not set in today's world. One of the characters has to go through some sort of extraordinary circumstance and the ending is everybody lives happily ever after. There is a certain kind of "other" movie that doesn't win awards. It features a superhero or large robot-like creature, massive natural disasters, probably is a sequel and will open on two screens at your multiplex.

Taste is all in the eye of the beholder. If somebody prefers the latest Avengers movie to The Shape of Water, can we really tell them that they're wrong? Of course we can. That's what we do here.

So strap in movie fans. Whether you're all about the Best Picture at the Oscars or you're all about that big-budget summer blockbuster, it's time to evaluate your taste in movies based on the women who appear in them. You're the casting director. Tell us, will you hire or fire these actresses. In return, we'll tell you if you have bad taste in movies.
