Play 'Would You Rather': Superhero Edition

It's time to play another round of 'Would You Rather'... and this time, it's the Superhero edition! Time to choose between favorite superheroes, teams, and enemies... to find out which superhero movie fits you best. And, of course, to challenge yourself to make some tough decisions - who would you rather fight against? What about team up with? Which do you think has the better costume, and which has the cooler name?
Superhero fans might range from those who are into the stylistic side of comic books, who stand by their opinions, no matter what... and that makes them just like Batman V Superman. Others might be a different DCEU movie; like Wonder Woman, the perfect choice for all those optimistic dreamers and inspirational movie lovers. Maybe DC isn't the way to go, and the questions will reveal an affinity with a Marvel classic like Iron Man, or for fans obsessed with the latest and greatest (and biggest and boldest) heroes, it could be Avengers: Infinity War.
Of course, the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the DC Extended Universe aren't the only film franchises out there, either. Some people might end up finding themselves to be Deadpools - dark and hilarious people who are always the life of the party, or even Fantastic Fours...

SHIELD or Hydra?
Every comic book universe is populated by organizations that keep the superheroes in check and work with them... or headed up by evil villains ready to take over the world! Would you rather join SHIELD, and work to make the world a better place... or destroy it with the villains in HYDRA?
Daredevil or Iron Fist?
The Marvel Cinematic Universe isn't just on the big screen... the Defenders have also hit the small screen thanks to Netflix. Are you a bigger fan of Daredevil, with his dark violence but desires to make the city of New York a better place... or would you rather watch Iron Fist - a lighter, more magic-based series?
Jessica Jones or Luke Cage?
The Defenders aren't just Daredevil and Iron Fist - this universe also includes Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. Out of these two New York heroes, would you rather work with Jessica Jones as a junior private eye, solving cases and drinking whiskey... or hang out with Luke Cage, cleaning up the streets of Harlem?
Atlantis or Themyscira?
As well as the heroes that live in our world (or a version of the world that looks like ours), there are entire races and places that exist only in the comics. Would you rather live on the Amazonian island of Themyscira, or would you prefer the watery deeps of Atlantis?
Captain America or Wonder Woman?
Both Captain America and Wonder Woman became heroes in a time other than this one - Captain America fought in the Second World War, where he was a poster boy for the American Forces, while Wonder Woman came to Man's World from Themyscira in the First World War. Which would you have rather fought alongside?
Avengers or Justice League?
The biggest heroes of the Marvel and DC comic book universes have joined forces to create super-teams that can take on the biggest villains that these worlds can think up. Which team would you rather join? Are you going to be a member of Marvel's Avengers, or DC's Justice League?
Marvel or DC?
When it comes to the superhero heavy hitters, the two biggest will always be Marvel and DC - and the battle between the fandoms can be fierce! Are you more of a Marvel comic book and movie fan, with it's lighter tone, or would you rather stick with the classic DC comics?
Solo hero or Team Up?
If you were a superhero, would you rather be a solo operator, or be part of a bigger team? Do you want to work solo at all times, doing your own thing and answering to no one, or do you prefer the camaraderie and back up that comes from working as part of a unit?
Violent hero or family friendly?
Comic books aren't just for kids any more - there are plenty of heroes who are dripping with blood and gore, and that are certainly not family friendly! If you were a superhero, would you prefer to be someone whose adventures all ages could enjoy, or are you definitely adult only?
Fight Wonder Woman or Black Widow?
If you had to, which would you rather take on in a fight, Wonder Woman or Black Widow? Let's face it, you're not going to win... but do you think you'd have a better chance against the Russian assassin turned hero, or the Amazonian warrior princess and her magical weapons?
Fire powers or Flight powers?
If you could choose your superpowers, which would you prefer to have? Would you like to create fire like the Human Torch and El Diablo... or is that a little too dangerous for your liking? Maybe you would prefer to have the power of flight, zooming through the skies and fighting evil?
Flowing cape or catsuit?
When it comes to superhero costume choices, which of these would you rather be wearing; a flowing cape, or a skin tight catsuit? One is definitely going to be better for sneaking around and getting into fights, but there is something impressive about making an exit in a swirling cape...
Superpowers or weapons?
Would you rather fight with superpowers, or have no superpowers but an incredible arsenal of weaponry at your disposal? Some people might love having powers that can never be taken away, but we all know that with great power comes great responsibility... and as the Punisher knows, guns can be pretty handy in a fight!
Spider-Man or Wolverine?
Which of these two classic Marvel heroes would you pick: Wolverine or Spider-Man? Wolverine comes with claws, a healing factor, and an attitude... and is a much older hero as well. Spider-Man, meanwhile, is usually best recognized as the young wisecracker of the Marvel universe, with his webs and spidey-sense.
Iron Man or Black Panther?
Would you rather join forces with Iron Man or Black Panther? One is the billionaire genius who may not have powers, but who has the brains to create something as incredible as the Iron Man suit (and the systems that run it). Or would you rather have the powers of the Black Panther, and the incredible suit that he wears?
Fight Doomsday, or fight Thanos?
Which of these two heavy hitting villains would you rather take on (assuming you have some kind of superpowers to do it, of course)? Would you try and take down Doomsday, the monster created from Kryptonian DNA, or do you think you could take on the Mad Titan Thanos himself?
The Guardians of the Galaxy or the Green Lanterns?
Not all the heroes of the comic book universe exist on the planet's surface - plenty of them do their heroic deeds out in space. The Green Lantern Corps use their rings to create constructs to win their fights using the power of their own will. The Guardians of the Galaxy, meanwhile, use a range of weapons and their personal powers.
Fight Hulk or fight Superman?
Which of these two super strong heroes would you rather take in a fight (if you were a superhero). Would you try and take on the big blue boy scout, Superman, despite his super strength, speed, heat vision, and more... or do you think you could take on the Hulk in a full blown rage?
Magic or Super-Strength?
Which of these two powers do you think is more impressive; magic or super strength? There's no doubting that super strength is one of the most common powers you can have, and it certainly comes in handy! But magic as a power can often be a little more flexible... and flashy!
Billionaire or Genius?
There are plenty of superheroes who have no actual super powers of their own.. but who get the job done using their mental abilities as a genius, their vast piles of money, or even a combination of the two! Obviously we would all want both, but if you could just have one, which would it be?
Gotham or New York City?
While the Marvel universe likes to set its stories in our world, and even in real cities, DC usually sets their heroes in fictional places, like Gotham. Which of these would you rather live in - the real world New York City, or the fictional world of Gotham (in the richer parts, not the darkest corners, of course!)
Logic or Emotion?
How would you rather make your superhero decisions, when it comes to crunch time and you have to make those hard choices? Would you be very analytical, working out the most logical course of action... or would you let yourself be swayed by your emotions when things got really tough?
Nemesis or Rogue's Gallery?
If you were a superhero, would you rather have one incredibly powerful nemesis to fight time and time again, or would you prefer to go up against a range of lesser powered villains in a rogue's gallery situation... bearing in mind that sometimes those rogues are going to team up to try and take you on!
Wonder Woman or Harley Quinn?
Which of these women would you rather be friends with? Would you prefer to hang out on Coney Island with Harley Quinn, the crown princess of crime, and have a few (dozen) drinks... or would you rather go to a museum with the kind and good Diana Prince, aka Wonder Woman herself?
X-Men or Brotherhood of Mutants?
If you were a mutant in the Marvel Comic Universe, which major mutant group would you rather be a member of? Would you go to Xavier's school to learn how to properly control your powers and join the X-Men to do good deeds... or turn against the humans and work with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants?
Sidekick or no sidekick?
If you are a superhero, would you take on a sidekick? Someone to fight crime by your side, but who could stand to learn a thing or two from you, and who you would be a mentor for (and possibly even a ward to)... or does that just seem like way too much responsibility for you, and you'd rather fight alone?
Metahumans or mutants?
There are many ways that superheroes can come by their powers - some don't have any, and just use training and weapons, others end up in lab accidents or happen to be aliens... but a lot of powered people on earth are either mutants or metahumans - which would you rather be?
Team up with humans or aliens?
If you were going to go to battle against a major supervillain, who would you rather team up with? Would you prefer to work with superpowered humans (and human heroes with weapons), or do you think it would be better to join forces with aliens who may be a whole lot stronger?
A Captain or a Doctor?
When it comes to your superhero name, which of these titles would you prefer: Captain (like Captain Marvel), or Doctor (like Doctor Strange)? Do you get annoyed at heroes calling themselves doctors when they don't have a PhD or medical degree, or would you prefer not to use Captain unless you'd been in the military?
Okoye or Shuri?
Which of these two incredible Wakandan warrior women would you rather have on your side in a fight, Okoye or Shuri? Shuri has the technology to do almost anything, and is smart enough to always be creating more, but Okoye is the better fighter as the leader of the Dora Milaje...
