Play Never Have I Ever To Match With A Popular TV Bad Guy

Everybody likes to imagine themselves in the role of the hero. Whether that means they’re granted the supernatural powers of Stranger Things' Eleven or destined to rule a kingdom like Game of Thrones’s Jon Snow — we’d all like to believe we're capable of bigger and better things.
But TV character these days are a lot more complicated, and it’s not uncommon to have a series that paints its hero in an unsympathetic light. Or its villain in a sympathetic light for that matter as well. And these anti-heroes and villains have not only made TV watching more entertaining but more of a challenging undertaking for viewers.
Characters like Walter White, Rick Grimes, and Don Draper may be the series’ protagonist, but they’re far from good people. And we’re sure we’re not the only ones who have imagined what we would do if we faced the same adversity of these characters who have been up against a cancer diagnosis, zombie apocalypse, or a troubled past.
Of course, most people's lives aren't as intense or interesting as the plots of these shows. So let's play a good old-fashioned game of never have I ever to see which one of these TV anti-heroes and villains best corresponds with the results!
Ever had detention?
In most movies and TV shows it’s only the very worst of kids who end up getting detention. But in reality, four years of high school is an awfully long time to get into trouble, and we wouldn’t hold it against anyone who had to spend an afternoon or two sticking around school for a little slip-up.
Ever pull an all-nighter?
Someone people can function on almost no sleep. They can power through a night of partying and look none the worse for wear so long as they get a morning cup of coffee. Then there are other people who need a full eight hours in a pitch black room to even feel the slightest bit refreshed.
Ever broken a bone?
There’s quite a big spectrum when it comes to having a broken bone. Some people will feel like they’ve only sprained or twisted something before they discover that they have indeed broke a bone. While other will literally have the broken bone protruding from their bodies — which is a very different experience.
Ever impersonated someone else?
Anyone who’s a bit of an entertainer may have no problem with pretending to be someone else. They might pick a fake name and put on an accent when meeting someone new just for the fun of it. Then there are others who wouldn’t even dream of being anyone but themselves.
Ever failed a test?
Chances are that most people will end up answering yes to this question. Even those who may pride themselves in their academic accomplishments or hold an impressive GPA will surely have taken a class that wasn’t for them, or had a rough night that resulted in a less than ideal test-taking scenario.
Ever taken something that belonged to somebody else?
Unless it’s one of those moral dilemma scenarios where someone has to steal in order to feed their starving family, there’s really no excuse for shoplifting. Not only is it against the law, it also ends up hurting the company that the person steals from, especially the employees who work there.
Ever been in a fight?
Anybody who grew up with siblings has no doubt been in a scuffle or two while growing up. But it’s something else entirely to get into a fight with a total stranger. While we certainly wouldn’t condone violence, sometimes a person has no choice but to fight as a means of self-defense.
Ever stiffed a waiter?
In America, waiters and waitress rely on their tips to make a livable wage, and these days, it’s expected that the customer leave at least 15% of the bill for their server. But some people really using tipping as a means to give their two cents (sometimes literally), especially if the service was downright terrible.
Ever smoked?
Pretty much no one debates the dangers that come with smoking. And anyone who wants to avoid getting cancer will stay well away from cigarettes and cigars. But, of course, there are still plenty of people who do smoke, along with others who have given it a try ones simply for the experience.
Ever sent a flirtatious text?
Anybody remember when flirting was something an individual actually had to do in person? Now, it seems like when it comes to courting someone, the entire process is taken care of via text and social media. That being said, it can still be difficult to make a person’s intentions known no matter what the outlet.
Ever done any role-playing?
Role-playing can take many forms — but it all comes down to a person having the courage to pretend they’re something they’re not. If someone grew up playing Dungeons & Dragons, this may be no big deal at all. However, others may not have grown up in an environment that fostered that kind of creative expression.
Ever had a fling with a co-worker?
Just as someone will develop a ton of crushes throughout high school and middle school, they’re also bound to develop a crush on a co-worker at some point during their adult life. But whether they’re brave enough to turn this into a fling and risk an awkward work environment is a bold move to make.
Ever gone number one outside?
Some people can go to the bathroom anywhere, whether it be at their house or a dirty truck stop with no seat covers. Other people’s bladders are not quite as accepting as a change of environment. But we’re betting almost everybody (especially guys) have gone the bathroom outside at some point in their lives.
Ever been pulled over?
Though police officers are meant to keep us safe, there are few things more terrifying than seeing the flashing red and blue lights in the rearview mirror. Even if the person wasn’t doing anything seriously wrong, their mind will surely start racing to every misdeed they’ve ever done while the cop makes their way to the car.
Ever sung karaoke?
Anyone who’s been blessed with a beautiful singing voice will probably have a much easier time getting up in front of others and belting out a song. But for those with less than perfect pitch, the idea of singing in front of a crowd is probably at the top of their list of things to avoid.
Ever snooped through someone’s phone?
Back in the day, people used to keep their deepest, darkest secrets in a journal stashed away somewhere in their bedroom. But now, people walk around with them in their pockets. And we’re sure we’re not the only ones who have wondered what our best friends and family members might be hiding in their phones.
Ever been suspended?
Plenty of people have probably served detention for showing up late to school or failing one too many tests. But getting suspended is usually a lot more serious. However, the benefit is that the punished individual may actually get to spend more time out of school as a result — which seems more than a little ironic.
Ever lost a job?
At some point in everyone’s life, they’re going to find themselves at a job that they absolutely hate. While some people would take this time to look for another job and put in their two weeks notice, others would gladly let their performance slide at the chance of getting fired and getting to collect unemployment.
Ever trashed a hotel room?
Some people are neat freaks no matter what setting they’re in. While others will take full advantage of not having to clean up a mess that they’ve made. This is where a hotel comes perfectly into play — though someone would never want to trash the place so much that it’ll end up costing a fortune.
Ever traveled across the ocean?
There’s nothing that expands the mind quite like taking a trip to another country. Sure, anyone could sit at home and think they’re learning about other countries and cultures by channel surfing, but the only way to get the full experience is to actually pack a bag and head to the airport.
Ever snuck into a pool?
To anyone who owns a pool or has a house on the lake, the possibility of kids sneaking into their pool is ever-present. There's something just so tempting though about some cool water on a warm night. Many people have resisted the temptation, but a brave few do have a story in their back pocket about a clandestine pool visit.
Ever bombed an interview?
Everyone tries to put their best foot forward during an interview — which usually involves highlighting the most important areas of their previous job and glossing over all the mundane work that they also had to accomplish. But, of course, there’s a much greater chance to impress the future employer when the truth is completely disposable.
Ever been in a cop car?
There are plenty of reasons to have seen the back of a cop car. Some include field trips, school talks, maybe even getting lost in a new city and needing some help. So, remember when answering this that the question has nothing to do with why somebody found themselves in the back of a black and white.
Ever been unfaithful?
About 50% of marriages now end in divorce. And while stepping out may not be the number one cause of splitting up, it’s certainly still a huge factor. It’s only human nature to keep looking for what else is out their, and for most people, they won’t learn their lesson about being faithful until they’ve already made the mistake.
Ever spent the night on the floor?
Some people can fall asleep anywhere, whether it be in their bed, in a tent, or on their friend's hardwood floor. In fact, this might not even indicate that they had a crazy night — just a talent to pass out anywhere. But for most people, waking up on the floor will mean that things got out of hand last night.
Ever owned a fake ID?
Most teens end up getting fake IDs because they want to drink before they’re of age. And many have made the argument that it doesn’t make sense that someone should be old enough to die for their country but not old enough to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine with dinner. And they may have a point.
Ever dated a friend’s ex?
Unless the individual grew up in a super small town, the idea of ever dating a friend’s ex should be completely off the table. But that doesn’t mean their aren’t those people who think it’s ok to move in on a friend’s ex. They’re their own person after all, right?
Ever made a prank phone call?
Ever order a dozen pizzas to a least favorite teacher’s house? Or get back at a friend by making them think that they’ve just gotten themselves into huge trouble? It’s amazing what one can do with a phone and by dialing *67. In fact, phone apps now give the user the ability to clone a fake number before they call.
Ever played unfair during a board game?
Cheating during a test or a final exam is one thing. But is there anything so wrong about cheating during a board game with friends? It’s only for fun, after all. But if it’s only for fun, some might argue that there’s eve less of a reason to cheat in the first place.
Ever been a 'pirate'?
Pretty much everyone will be checking “Yes” for this question. But isn’t it a bit sad that people download content these days without batting an eye? After all, literally thousands of people can work on a single movie, and we’re betraying all of them when we enjoy something without paying for it.
Ever eaten something out of the garbage?
It may sound disgusting, but remember that scene in Seinfeld when George finds an eclair sitting on top of the garbage? At some point throughout life, an individual is bound to come across a similar scenario — when something that's otherwise perfect to eat is found in a not so perfect place.
Ever snuck into a concert?
Concert tickets can be ridiculously priced, with seats near the front row sometimes reaching upwards of $1,000. And while stadium venues might be near impossible to sneak into, when it comes to outdoor concerts, some people have no doubt snuck through the back or climbed up a fence for a free admission.
Ever ridden a rollercoaster?
To most people, the idea of riding a roller coaster may seem like no big deal. After all, they’re made for kids and teenagers. But to others, the risk of injury is nowhere close to the thrill that the ride may offer them. At the end of the day, rollercoasters aren’t immune to breaking down.
Ever gone skiing/ snowboarding?
Someone who’s afraid of rollercoaster may also find themselves steering clear of winter sports as well. Sure, most people go sledding as kids. But speeds and slopes can get a lot bigger when someone starts taking up skiing and snowboarding, which certainly isn’t for everyone. Especially not for those who lack coordination.
Ever been to Vegas?
There's so much to do in Vegas! It's not all about chips and odds. There are beautiful hotels and plenty of shows to take in too! Most people somehow find their way to this Nevada Mecca at some point in their lives, be it for a 21t birthday party or maybe even a bachelorette. Whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!
Ever gotten a tattoo?
Getting an ear or an eyebrow piercing is one thing. They can always be taken out, after all, and the hole will eventually close itself up. But getting inked is a much bigger commitment, as it usually means the person is stuck with the tattoo forever. Unless they want to fork over a lot of dough to have it removed.
Ever climbed a mountain?
It doesn’t need to be Everest, but there’s a very specific kind of accomplishment that comes with setting out for a day-long hiking and summiting a mountain. The individual will quite literally gain a new perspective on life, and maybe even themselves, in the process. Just be sure to leave enough time for the descent.
Ever spent the entire day alone?
Isolation is some people’s greatest fear, and there are plenty of people who believe insanity is just a few short days of solitary confinement away. But then there are other people who get a lot more done while alone, and they may not even notice it while their first few days of isolation pass them by.
Ever created a fake social media account?
There are plenty of reasons to create a fake social media account, including pranking a friend, spying on an ex, or plenty of other far more mischievous tasks that we can’t even imagine. But at the same time, people have become much more cautious about befriending someone online that they don’t know in real life.
Ever ridden a motorcycle?
Riding a motorcycle is another one of those activities that people tend to steer clear from unless they’re true thrill seekers. Not only is it a long and involved process to riding a motorcycle (legally, that is), it’s also notoriously dangerous — whether that be due to the lack of protection or negligence from other drivers.
