Play Never Have I Ever To Match With A Popular TV Bad Guy

Everybody likes to imagine themselves in the role of the hero. Whether that means they’re granted the supernatural powers of Stranger Things' Eleven or destined to rule a kingdom like Game of Thrones’s Jon Snow — we’d all like to believe we're capable of bigger and better things.

But TV character these days are a lot more complicated, and it’s not uncommon to have a series that paints its hero in an unsympathetic light. Or its villain in a sympathetic light for that matter as well. And these anti-heroes and villains have not only made TV watching more entertaining but more of a challenging undertaking for viewers.

Characters like Walter White, Rick Grimes, and Don Draper may be the series’ protagonist, but they’re far from good people. And we’re sure we’re not the only ones who have imagined what we would do if we faced the same adversity of these characters who have been up against a cancer diagnosis, zombie apocalypse, or a troubled past.

Of course, most people's lives aren't as intense or interesting as the plots of these shows. So let's play a good old-fashioned game of never have I ever to see which one of these TV anti-heroes and villains best corresponds with the results!

Question 1

Ever had detention?

In most movies and TV shows it’s only the very worst of kids who end up getting detention. But in reality, four years of high school is an awfully long time to get into trouble, and we wouldn’t hold it against anyone who had to spend an afternoon or two sticking around school for a little slip-up.

Question 2

Ever pull an all-nighter?

Someone people can function on almost no sleep. They can power through a night of partying and look none the worse for wear so long as they get a morning cup of coffee. Then there are other people who need a full eight hours in a pitch black room to even feel the slightest bit refreshed.

Ever broken a bone?

There’s quite a big spectrum when it comes to having a broken bone. Some people will feel like they’ve only sprained or twisted something before they discover that they have indeed broke a bone. While other will literally have the broken bone protruding from their bodies — which is a very different experience.

Anyone who’s a bit of an entertainer may have no problem with pretending to be someone else. They might pick a fake name and put on an accent when meeting someone new just for the fun of it. Then there are others who wouldn’t even dream of being anyone but themselves.

Even those who may pride themselves in their academic accomplishments or hold an impressive GPA will surely have taken a class that wasn’t for them, or had a rough night that resulted in a less than ideal test-taking scenario.

Unless it’s one of those moral dilemma scenarios where someone has to steal in order to feed their starving family, there’s really no excuse for shoplifting. Not only is it against the law, it also ends up hurting the company that the person steals from, especially the employees who work there.

Anybody who grew up with siblings has no doubt been in a scuffle or two while growing up. But it’s something else entirely to get into a fight with a total stranger. While we certainly wouldn’t condone violence, sometimes a person has no choice but to fight as a means of self-defense.

In America, waiters and waitress rely on their tips to make a livable wage, and these days, it’s expected that the customer leave at least 15% of the bill for their server. But some people really using tipping as a means to give their two cents (sometimes literally), especially if the service was downright terrible.

Pretty much no one debates the dangers that come with smoking. And anyone who wants to avoid getting cancer will stay well away from cigarettes and cigars. But, of course, there are still plenty of people who do smoke, along with others who have given it a try ones simply for the experience.

Anybody remember when flirting was something an individual actually had to do in person? Now, it seems like when it comes to courting someone, the entire process is taken care of via text and social media. That being said, it can still be difficult to make a person’s intentions known no matter what the outlet.

Role-playing can take many forms — but it all comes down to a person having the courage to pretend they’re something they’re not. If someone grew up playing Dungeons & Dragons, this may be no big deal at all. However, others may not have grown up in an environment that fostered that kind of creative expression.
