'Never Have I Ever' is a fun and simple game that most people have played at least once in their lives. To play this game one needs to gather a group of friends who will then go around in a circle saying things they have never done (for example, "Never have I ever... kissed my best friend"). Sometimes this game is played on a night out in which case the people who have done the thing (in this case, the people who have kissed their best friend) will have a drink. Other times, every participant will put his or her 10 fingers up and upon hearing a statement that they do not agree with they will put a finger down. The person with no remaining fingers is then deemed to be either the winner or the loser of the game (depending on what was agreed upon before the game began).
The best thing about 'Never Have I Ever' is that it allows one to get to knows his or her friends better in a fun way. It can also be a nice ice breaker. The only downside is that one might never be able to look at his or her friends in the same way ever again after playing this game!
Never have I ever… made breakfast for someone.
Unless one is an early bird, waking up is really hard. No one really wants to leave the warm and cozy bed in the morning, especially in winter time when it is still dark outside. However, sometimes getting out of bed is not so bad, especially if someone has already made breakfast!
Never have I ever… stayed up all night texting someone.
Most of us have stayed up all night at least once in our lives, whether because we were busy studying for a test, reading a seriously engaging book or simply because we could not sleep. But how many people have stayed up all night because they were texting someone they really liked?
Never have I ever… watched a full season of “Friends” in one sitting.
Friends is an iconic TV series that came out back in the 90’s and ended in the early 2000’s. It is probably one of the most popular TV series ever made and it is easy to see why – its characters are realistic and its story lines are unique and almost always hilarious. Plus, the episodes are quite short which means that it is not unrealistic to watch a whole season in one sitting.
Never have I ever… crossed the street to avoid talking to someone.
Let’s be honest – at one point or another in our lives we have all run into people that we did not want to see, whether it was an ex-girlfriend or an annoying acquaintance. But how many of us actually crossed the street to avoid talking to them?
Never have I ever… gone skinny dipping.
Those who have gone skinny dipping at least once in their lives will probably agree that it is one of the best things ever. More often than not people go skinny dipping in natural bodies of water (think the ocean, a river or a lake). However, one can also go skinny dipping in a swimming pool or a jacuzzi tub.
Never have I ever… held a baby.
Babies are fragile, tiny humans and as such the thought of holding one might seem intimidating, at least to someone who has never held one before. Luckily, there are a number of baby holding positions that are deemed to be safe.
Never have I ever… been called immature.
No one wants to be called immature. Being immature means that one is not acting his or her age or that one lacks experience in something. For example, someone might be called immature if they are acting childish or if they are not willing to have an adult discussion.
Never have I ever… broken something at a friend’s house and not told them.
Some people have a seriously strong moral compass which means that if they do something they deem to be “wrong” – such as break an object while at their friend’s house – they will instantly come clean about it. Others on the other hand don’t want to get into trouble and will not confess to their actions.
Never have I ever… brought someone home to meet the parents.
If a romantic relationship is going well it is customary to introduce one’s partner to one’s parents. Introducing a partner to one’s parents is a way to take a relationship to the next step. By introducing our partner to our parents we are validating the relationship and letting our partner know that they matter to us.
Never have I ever… been turned down.
When it comes to dating, guys have it much tougher than girls in that they are generally expected to ask the girl they like out. Asking a girl out takes serious courage. After all, one never knows when a girl might say "no"!
Never have I ever… regretted saying “I love you”.
Saying “I love you” is an important step in any relationship. However, just because someone says those three words does not mean that they actually mean them. Sometimes we say “I love you” under pressure or because we are scared of losing the other person.
Never have I ever… dated more than one person at a time.
Dating more than one person at the same time is not necessarily a bad thing. After all, no one is expected to commit to just one person after a date or two. Nonetheless, dating a few people at the same time can get quite stressful and confusing.
Never have I ever… experienced a supernatural occurrence.
Some people are avid believers in all things supernatural – think ghosts and spirits - whereas others are skeptics. Of course, seeing a supernatural being with one’s own eyes would probably quickly turn the biggest skeptics into believers. But how many of us have actually experienced a supernatural occurrence?
Never have I ever… fallen in love at first sight.
Sometimes we fall in love with someone we have known for years. Other times we fall in love with someone we have met once or twice. And still other times we fall in love with someone at first sight. Who here has ever experienced love at first sight?
Never have I ever… eaten at a restaurant alone.
Most people eat out with their family and friends for it is a great way to catch up with those closest to us and avoid spending time in the kitchen. However just because we have no one to accompany us does not mean that we should skip dinner at a restaurant and cook at home instead.
Never have I ever… kissed a stranger.
Most people will probably agree that kissing is a pleasant activity. However, depending on who one is kissing it can also be quite stressful and nerve-wracking. For example, kissing a stranger will definitely result in a bigger rush of adrenaline than kissing someone with whom we are familiar with.
Never have I ever… asked someone out on a date.
Most guys will probably agree that asking a girl out on a date is always quite stressful. One can never know a girl’s answer for sure, even if it does look like she is interested. After all, no one wants to be rejected!
Never have I ever… ghosted someone.
Ghosting is the practice of ending all communication with someone without a proper explanation (and without saying goodbye). More often than not the person who is ghosted does not see it coming and is very upset when all his or her attempts at reaching out are ignored.
Never have I ever… been stood up.
Guys have to worry not only about being rejected by a girl when they ask her out but also about being stood up later on. Of course, girls are sometimes stood up too but in general, guys are stood up way more often than girls.
Never have I ever… gone camping.
When most of us think of camping we think of spacious and cozy tents, beautiful sunsets, frying marshmallows and friends. We don’t think of bugs, how uncomfortable it is to sleep on the ground and the lack of toilet facilities.
Never have I ever… had a crush on more than one person at the same time.
We’ve all had a crush on someone at one point or another in our lives. When we have a crush on someone we usually can’t stop thinking about them and we do our best to try and bump into them all the time. But how many of us had a crush on multiple people at the same time?
Never have I ever… proposed to someone.
While nowadays it is not uncommon for girls to propose to their partners, most marriage proposals are nonetheless made by guys. Proposing to someone can be incredibly stressful. After all, you can never know for sure whether the girl will say "yes".
Never have I ever… eaten food that fell on the floor.
There are two types of people in this world: those who never, ever eat anything that fell on the floor and those who do! The latter often go by the five second rule – a concept that states that it’s okay to pick up food off the floor if it was lying there for less than five seconds.
Never have I ever… worked at a fast food restaurant.
As with most jobs, there are pros and cons to working at a fast food restaurant. The pros include great work experience, free food and flexible shifts. The cons include rude customers, working on one’s feet all day long and boring routines.

When girls have a fight one can expect plenty of catty comments. When most guys have a fight on the other hand they are tempted to solve it with their fists. Who here has ever gotten in a physical fight?

Kissing is usually a rather pleasurable experience. However, just how pleasurable and exciting it is depends on whom one is kissing. If one is kissing someone they really like then of course it is going to be great. On the other hand, if one has to kiss someone they don’t like, it probably won’t be nice at all.
Never have I ever… had a crush on a teacher.
There is nothing wrong with having an innocent crush on a teacher. In fact, most of us have had feelings for a teacher at one point or another in our lives. This makes perfect sense – who wouldn’t be attracted to a good-looking, smart and mature adult?
Never have I ever… posted a mean review about a restaurant.
When we go out for dinner we expect to have a good time. We presume that the food is going to be delicious, the waiting staff polite and the general atmosphere relaxed and friendly. And when our expectations are not met we might be tempted to leave a mean review online.

Let’s be honest – we’ve all been tempted to read someone else’s (a friend’s or a partner’s) private messages when they were not around. But how many of us acted on this impulse? After all, reading someone else’s private messages is a serious breach of privacy.

Some people are better at grammar than others but that doesn’t mean that they should be correcting other people’s words and sentence structures. Indeed, there is nothing more frustrating than recounting a story and having your grammar corrected by a walking dictionary.
Never have I ever… talked in an accent that wasn’t my own in front of other people.
Most of us have talked in a fake accent at least once in our lives. We usually put on fake accents when we are home alone and when there is no chance of anyone overhearing us (and possibly getting offended). But how many of us have talked in a fake accent in front of other people?

Breaking up with someone is a way of eliminating them from our day-to-day lives. However, most of us are not good at letting go completely and as such we end up stalking and keeping tabs on our ex-partner on social media.
Never have I ever… gone through trash to find something I threw away.
Imagine this: you decide to return an item you just purchased but the receipt is already in the bin. Or you’re heating a ready-made dinner in the microwave but you’ve accidentally thrown out the heating instructions. Who thinks it’s okay to go through the trash and retrieve the discarded item?
Never have I ever… cried watching a Disney movie.
Most of us can’t help but cry at emotional movies. Of course, we might try and stop the tears if we’re at the cinema but at home we can cry as much as we want to, especially if we have no company.
Never have I ever… given someone the wrong directions on purpose.
No one really likes to give directions so most of us get quite annoyed when we are approached by strangers asking for help. Sometimes we give great directions, other times we screw up and send them the opposite way. But how many of us have given wrong directions to strangers on purpose?
Never have I ever… used someone else’s toothbrush.
Using someone else’s toothbrush is kind of gross and according to experts, totally unhealthy. Indeed, using someone else’s toothbrush is pretty much the same as kissing in that one ends up swapping bodily fluids. There might be certain scenarios when we are tempted to use someone else’s toothbrush – if we are staying at someone else’s house and we forget to bring our own for example – but we really shouldn’t do it.
Never have I ever… bought a girl flowers.
Buying a girl flowers is probably one of the most romantic things that a guy can do. Every girl – and woman – loves to receive flowers. When a guy buys a girl flowers it means that he really likes her and has thought about her.
Never have I ever… made a dinner reservation.
When most of us decide to go out for dinner, whether with a date or friends or family, we don’t usually book a table. Rather, we hope that we’ll get lucky and find a free table even on a really busy night. Of course, if we want to be guaranteed a table it is best to call ahead and make a reservation.
Never have I ever… picked up a hitchhiker.
Some people think that picking up hitchhikers is incredibly dangerous. Others on the other hand love to give hitchhikers a ride perhaps because in the past they have hitchhiked themselves or because they love meeting new people and hearing their stories.
Never have I ever… lied on a first date.
When we first meet someone we usually try to impress them, especially if it is someone we are interested in romantically. As such, it is not uncommon for people to lie on the first date in the hopes of appearing more likable.

It is common practice to lie on dating profiles, especially about things such as height, income and fitness levels. Online dating can be tough (why would someone choose you over others?) and as such most people will do anything to have a chance at finding their soulmate.

With so many photo editing apps and filters out there it is tempting to edit one’s photos. After all, everyone does it. There is no harm in removing a spot or in making our teeth whiter. As long as we don’t go overboard and start blatantly Photoshopping things such as abs.
Never have I ever… had a crush on my friend’s girlfriend.
Almost every guy has had a crush on his friend’s girlfriend. And almost every guy has gotten over such a crush. Indeed, as many will without doubt agree, the last thing one should do is try and steal the girl and in the process, lose a good friend.
Never have I ever… catcalled someone.
No woman likes to be catcalled and yet guys do it anyways. There are plenty of reasons for that. For example, some think that women do genuinely like the attention whereas others think that it’s a fun thing to do. For others, catcalling has actually worked.
Never have I ever… played matchmaker.
Those who are happily in love themselves or those who simply want to make their friends happy might decide to play matchmaker. Playing matchmaker – basically matching two people together - is actually quite fun, especially if the results turn out to be positive.
Never have I ever… cropped someone out of a photo because they looked better than me.
Some people are extremely photogenic, others not so much. As such, when the latter finally manage to get their hands on a photo in which they actually look good they will do everything to make sure that no one overshadows them.
Never have I ever… left a restaurant without paying.
Leaving a restaurant without paying is not a nice thing to do, especially seeing how in most cases the server has to pay for the bill. Still, that does not stop people from doing it all the time for various reasons (such as forgetting one’s wallet at home or simply doing it for fun).
Never have I ever… asked someone out on a dare.
When some people play “truth or dare” they go to extreme lengths to win the game. Indeed, sometimes no dare seems crazy enough. Who here has asked someone out on a date on a dare, even if they had no interest in that person whatsoever?
Never have I ever… sent a text to the wrong person.
It’s incredibly easy to send a text to the wrong person. Usually, sending a text to the wrong person is not the end of the world unless of course you are talking about the person whom you accidentally end up texting.
Never have I ever… lied playing “Never Have I Ever”.
Let’s be honest – most of us are not entirely truthful when it comes to playing games such as “Truth or Dare” or “Never Have I Ever”, especially when other people are around. We always want to appear cooler than we are or we might want to hide some of the embarrassing things that we have done in the past.
