Pick Your Favorite Teen Movie And We'll Guess Your First Crush

There’s no point in denying it. We’ve all seen teen films at some point in our lives, typically when we were children or even the same age as the teenage protagonists in these films. Though critics may bash on them as cinematic garbage and we ourselves may realize just how silly these movies were in retrospect, that still doesn’t take away their impact on us as kids nor their influence on teen films made today. In the strictest definition, a teen film is usually aimed at teenagers featuring two leads of the opposite sex who are attending high-school together experiencing growing pains and other drama-related things.

But in recent years, this description has become a lot more broad used to describe films that have teenage protagonists in general regardless of the setting or premise. Even movies that simply appeal to teenagers are considered ‘teen films’, such as the recent comic-book movies despite most of the characters being adults. Then when you consider films that have mixed genres like Twilight, the definition of a teen film becomes even wider. Regardless, though, what we would like know is what your favorite teen movies are and we’ll determine who your first crush is!
