Would you let a child sit and watch American Horror Story with you? No, we didn't think so. Because let's face it, the show is pretty twisted. Not only does it feature monsters and murders but there is also nudity, bedroom activity, and supernatural themes that are enough to give an adult nightmares, nevermind a child. So we can agree that in order to enjoy a series like this, you have to be just a little bit twisted. The violence on the show is graphic, and often the opening sequence alone is often enough to make our hearts race just a little. But don't worry, you're not strange for enjoying this show, you just enjoy a good series and they don't come much better than American Horror Story.
Why do we enjoy horror so much? Why do we like to feel afraid? Well for most of us, it's an adrenaline rush: we love to feel frightened for a while but in a safe environment. And it doesn't get much safer than getting your kicks from a TV show or movie while lounging on the couch.

Being sent to a mental institution for the criminally insane must be scary enough on its own but the staff of Briarcliff made it even more terrifying. Doctors with evil intentions and nuns possessed by the devil, that doesn't sound like a friendly bunch does it? Who was the scariest employee of Briarcliff Manor?
Who was your favorite witch?
Fans were crazy about AHS: Coven. They loved the characters with their unusual superpowers and the tension between the coven and the voodoo queen. We all sat glued to our screens, waiting to find out who the next Supreme would be. AHS Roanoke tied into Coven with the introduction of Scathach - the original Supreme. Who was your fav?
Which Lily Rabe character did you enjoy the most?
Lily Rabe joined AHS in the very first season when she played Nora Montgomery. She returned to play the part of a possessed nun in Asylum and since then she's appeared in every single season. It's rumored that she will play Sharon Tate in the latest season. Which of her characters was your fav?
Which evil doctor did you like best?
Have you noticed that evil doctors seem to be a common theme in AHS? We had one in Murder House, two of them in Asylum, another one in Cult, and let's not forget the Nazi doctor who cut off Elsa's legs in Freak Show. Which of these scary doctors did you like best?

Did you know that the Hotel Cortez was based on a real haunted hotel called the Cecil? And that James Patrick March was inspired by one of America's very first known serial killers; H.H Holmes? Denis O'Hare has appeared in every season of American Horror Story with the exception of Asylum and at this time it's still unclear whether or not he will have a role in Cult. You've got to have a villain and AHS certainly knows how to make them. Throughout the seasons we've seen all different types of male villains, from crazy doctors to serial killers, even deceptive cult leaders. Women can be the bad guys too but usually, they are more deceptive and cunning, not as openly violent as men. But that doesn't mean that a female villain can't be just as scary as a male. AHS has given us a host of terrifying females over the seasons but which one did you love to hate the most?

Are you a huge Kathy Bates fan? Well, you're not alone - she is one of the franchises most popular players. Kathy, an Oscar-winning veteran actress, joined AHS in its third season and has appeared in every season, however she was not able to play a role in Cult due to other commitments. Who was your favorite vampire?
Some of the Hotel occupants had a strange "affliction", they needed to consume fresh blood on a regular basis and they remained eternally youthful. Doesn't sound too bad right? The Hotel Cortez was simply teeming with vampires who enjoyed preying on the unknowing guests (that's if the ghosts didn't get them first) but who among them was your fav?

There were some guests at the Hotel Cortez who we just couldn't help but feel sorry for, like the cute tourist girls from the first episode who seemed so innocent. Mare Winningham joined American Horror Story in Coven, where she played the character Alicia Spencer, who had a wholly inappropriate relationship with her son Kyle. She's also appeared in Freak Show, Hotel (where she played Mrs. Evers) and most recently in Cult as Sally Keffler. Which of her roles did you most enjoy?

Evan Peters, like Sarah Paulson, has appeared in every single season of AHS, often taking on the leading roles. He's a talented actor capable of pulling off almost any character, from high school shooters to serial killers and even a cult leader. Whatever happens with AHS we just hope they hold on to him. Why do horror movies love to scare us with little children? Well, it's because we usually associate them with innocence so seeing one being evil is terrifying for us. American Horror Story has used a few child characters in their storylines, which of these did you like best?

AHS: Roanoke was very different to all the other seasons of the show because it began with a mockumentary, a style never used in the series before then. Murder House was where it all began, and where fans first got to know the cast of American Horror Story. Frances Conroy joined AHS in the first season when she played the role of Moria O'Hara. Since then she's played a role in every season of the show with the exception of Hotel. Who was your favorite serial killer at James March's dinner party?
In the AHS universe ghosts are bound to their place of death and can't move around freely. Except for one night of the year: Devils Night. In Hotel, James Patrick March (a ghost himself) holds a special dinner party on this night and invites the ghosts of a few well-known serial killers to join him.
Which of these Hotel characters did you enjoy the most?
Although the Hotel Cortez looked like a cool place to relax for a few days it was anything but that. It was a dangerous place, packed with serial killers, ghosts, monsters, and vampires and any guest that stayed there was very fortunate if they managed to leave the place alive. Of these four Hotel characters which did you find the most interesting?
Which Asylum inmate did you enjoy the most?
Briarcliff Manor was a mental hospital for the criminally insane so obviously, there were loads of interesting characters floating around the place beside Kit and Lana. With caretakers like Sister Jude and Sister Mary Eunice, you can just imagine how life was for them. Which Asylum inmate did you enjoy the most?
Who was the worst mother character?
Mothers who have dysfunctional relationships with their children are a common theme in American Horror Story, from the wicked Constance Langdon to the inept Gloria Mott. Being a mom is a tough job but these ladies took it to a whole new level. Who was the worst mother character in AHS?

Which "actor" character in Roanoke did you like the most?
In AHS" Roanoke many of the cast members played more than one role - as "actors" in My Roanoke Nightmare and as "real people" so you had to watch very carefully to keep up with the storyline. Of the "actor" characters in this eventful season which one did you most enjoy?
Which member of the Harmon family was your favorite?
The Harmons were among the first AHS characters that we ever got to know. They moved to Los Angeles after Vivien suffered from a miscarriage and ended up living in the Murder House; a home haunted by the ghosts of all the people who had died there. Which member of the Harmon family was your favorite?
Who was your favorite member of the (former) Witches Council?
Fiona Goode wanted to be the Supreme so badly that she killed the older Supreme when she was just a young witch. Later on, when she sees Madison's powers growing, she kills her too. The members of the Witches Council come to the school to investigate. Who was your favorite member of the council?
