People of all ages day dream about having superpowers, and how having one could change their life. The avid traveler would love to teleport or even fly. The academic scholar would love to remember everything they have ever read. The person down on their luck would love to have everything go their way, no matter the circumstance. This quiz is a chance to dream big about which superpower is the most desirable. Is reading minds going to make life better? How about living forever? There are advantages and disadvantages, so it's up to the user to decide. Most of the time, superheroes use these powers to fight super villains, who have powers of their own. According to Superpower Wiki, this power is sometimes to referred to as "Innate Multilingualism." It includes the ability to speak, read and write in every language ever encountered. This power would be useful when traveling, being able to ask for help or make friends in any country on the planet.

The Invisible Woman is originally a comic book character experienced being subject to radioactive energy in outer space (Wikipedia). She can become invisible, and project her powers to make others invisible. This power would be great when hiding from others. It would also be useful to hide someone else from a dangerous enemy.
Empathy
Empathy as a superpower is the ability to truly understand someone else's emotions and mood. A person with this power can sense the weaknesses in others and ways to emotionally connect or manipulate someone. Raven from the DC universe uses this power, as does Steven Universe. Superhuman Strength is a classic superpower that is associated with the most famous superheroes. Characters like Superman, Wonder Woman, The Hulk, He-Man, The Thing, and Thanos would present a huge challenge if it came down to a fist fight. Ability to Breathe Underwater

Controlling the weather is a power used most commonly by Storm, from X-Men. This is how she got her name, and she uses her control to cause distractions while her team escapes, and uses lighting to attack her enemies. According to Superpower Wiki, Thor Zeus and Poseidon also have this power.
Extreme Luck
This power gives new meaning to the phrase "hoping to get lucky." Those with this ability have access to a lifetime supply of good fortune, through random situations working out in their best interest. Fire Manipulation
From the Firebenders in Avatar the Last Airbender to The Human Torch in Fantastic Four, fire manipulation is a powerful ability. This power is also known as Blaze Control, which just sounds cool. Although this can be seen as a destructive power, Johnny Storm (The Human Torch) used his power for good, against super villains. (Marvel Wikia)

Birds and superheroes have this in common. According to Superpower Wiki, flight is a power that gives the ability to fly through the air using various methods. Many characters have this power, like Peter Pan, Iron Man, Superman and Thor. Traveling to new places would be a breeze with this power.
Elasticity
To have the power of Elasticity is to stretch, reach, expand and flatten every limb in the body (Superpower Wiki). Think about it - never having to get up to get the remote again. Or even get up to answer the door! This power is great, but make sure the clothes can expand too.
Immortality
Immortality means the power to live forever, with an infinite lifespan. Once a certain age is reached, the aging process stops as well (Superpower Wiki). That sounds like a dream come true. Quick Healing is also called Cell Regeneration, according to Superpower Wiki. Those with this power can undergo painful injuries and instead of taking months to heal, they can heal in minutes. Shapeshifting
Shapeshifting is a power that would be useful as a disguise or way to blend in. It would be a great thing for an international spy to have. Mystique from X-Men uses this power to look like anyone she sees, male or female. However, her original form is blue skin and bright red hair.
Super Hearing
Super Hearing allows the user to have an above average ability to hear sounds and words. They can hear from extremely far away, and hear things that are very quiet. Superman and Supergirl have this ability. Hope they can sometimes turn it off, or it could get annoying! (Superpower Wiki)
Teleportation
According to Superpower Wiki, teleportation is the ability to change positions instantly, without having to physically move between the spots. Nightcrawler is an X-Men character who can do this. Also, David Rice in Jumper has this power (IMDb). Imagine instantly arriving at a restaurant in Italy, no plane ticket needed!
Sonic Scream
Emitting a high pitched, ear shattering scream seems to be the superpower of babies. However, a Sonic Scream is much more, because when it hits someone's ears, that person will be in extreme pain (Superpower Wiki). The Powerpuff girl Buttercup has this power, as does Supergirl. Pick or pass?

Gravity Control means the ability to make things heavier or lighter. Thom Kallor also known as Starboy has the power to manipulate gravity from the DC world. Alex Power has this power too, coming from the Marvel Universe. (Superpower Wiki) Would this power be super useful? Time to pick or pass.

According to Superpower Wiki, having a Spider Sense means being able to use spider abilities like web creation, enhanced speed and wall crawling. As Spiderman does, this power means getting around the city can be a whole lot more fun. Venom also has similar powers to Spiderman. Pick or pass?

One of the most famous and powerful telepaths in the comic world is Professor Charles Xavier from X-Men. Magic is a paranormal ability that uses supernatural force to achieve different purposes (Superpower Wiki). Magic is used throughout the Harry Potter series, through witchcraft and wizardry. This power is also called Light Element Control and is reminiscent of when Hermione says, "Lumos" to create light. Superpower Wiki describes metal manipulation as the ability to control solid metal. Metal conducts electricity and is pretty easy to melt, so this power can do a lot of things is there if a supply of metal around. Magneto from the X-Men series is the most well known metal manipulator.
Speaking With Ghosts
Speaking With The Ghosts is also called Mediumship, according to Superpower Wiki. Some spirits are nice, but some are not friendly, so this power has to be used carefully. Marceline the Vampire Queen from Adventure Time has this power. This power could be fun, but it could also be a little frightening.
