The women of the silver screen have delighted audiences around the world for generations. They have instilled upon all audiences, regardless of gender, the values of leadership, kindness, virtue, selflessness, and proactiveness as well as shown the downfalls of a lust for power, wickedness, selfishness, and greed. Whether a female character is morally aligned on the side of good or bad or somewhere in-between, they have made a significant impact on the world around us and their contributions to film and popular culture deserve the utmost level of attention.

The values found in many of these female characters are also values found within the perfect partner. Many seek out someone who is kind, understanding, intelligent, funny, etc. and a lot can be said about a type based on the characters that one gravitates towards. Jessica Rabbit fills the role of the femme fatale commonly found in noir films. This is incredibly fitting, as the film she appears in, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" is a satirical look at the film noir genre with elements of classic cartoons thrown in. Mikaela Banes was the female lead for the first two live-action Transformers flicks (the ones directed by Michael Bay, not the recent reboot or animated original). Brought to life by the ever beautiful and charming Keira Knightley, Elizabeth made a real impression in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Carol Danvers is one of the most important and powerful characters in the entirety of the MCU. While she is a beloved character in the comics, she has yet to actually make her debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Trinity is simply one of the coolest characters out there. She was brought to life by actress Carrie-Anne Moss, who some may know for her work on the Marvel Netflix television shows as Hogarth. Upon arrival, she is taken by some of the natives of the island and sacrificed to their god, Kong.
