Pick Or Pass On These TV Sitcom Characters To Star In A Show

There are certain TV shows that we love to watch that we wouldn’t necessarily want to be a character on. Take, for instance, Stranger Things, where the characters are constantly fighting for their lives against inter-dimensional monsters. Or Game of Thrones, where the inhabitants of the Seven Kingdoms are about to face one of the toughest winters in existence as the Night King and his army of undead continue their long march south.

These may be some of the greatest TV show available today, but they're also the kind that are best enjoyed from the comfort of one’s own couch. But then there are other, more light-hearted series that many people wish they could literally be a character on.

These shows are more often than not sitcoms, and they're the type of entertainment that many people take to leaving on in the background just so they can "hang out" with the characters. These are shows like The Office, Friends, and How I Met Your Mother, which many fans have already seen multiple times through, but they keep coming back for the familiar stories, setting, and most importantly, the characters.
