Cooking at home is great, right? It's awesome to try out new recipes that we find on the Internet or to cook up our old favorites. While making food at home so that we always know what goes into it is great, there are just some days when we're too lazy to head into the kitchen and heat up the oven or the stove to make up some food of our own. After a long day of work or school or just a day when it's too much work to cook something, we're lucky to have all kinds of fast food restaurants that will cook for us and we can have something tasty without all the hassle of cooking!
No matter what restaurant it's from, fast food is excellent to go with a movie night. Whether it's a burger and fries or a pizza and breadsticks, not many things taste better to settle in with and turn on a favorite movie on Netflix. The hardest decision is trying to decide what kind of food to order and what movie to turn on. Doritos Locos Tacos from Taco Bell
Tacos are great, right? Whether you opt for a soft crust or a crispy one, it's hard to just eat one of them. Typically, the tortilla or tortilla shell that goes around the taco isn't really all that special. For the most part, it's just a way for us to transport the taco from the plate to our mouths. Taco Bell totally changed that by making the Doritos Locos Tacos which, instead of a regular tortilla shell, has a shell made totally up of Doritos. Um, yes please!
Orange Chicken from Panda Express
Orange Chicken is a super popular dish for people who are ordering takeout from a restaurant like Panda Express. It's made up of pieces of boneless chicken that have been cooked perfectly until they're crispy and warm and then they're tossed in a sauce that's both sweet and just a little spicy. It's sticky and the sweet flavor of the citrus is perfect with the little bit of spice that the sauce has. What could be better on a bowl of fluffy white rice?
Cherry Limeade from Sonic
What's better to drink during a hot day or wash down a meal than a tall, cold glass of lemonade? It's sweet and tart and tastes so fresh and delicious. At the fast food chain Sonic, there are all kinds of different limeade and lemonade based drinks that come in a ton of different flavors including Frozen Grape Limeade, Peach Lemonade, Frozen Classic Lemonade, and the iconic Cherry Limeade. Some restaurants, both fast food restaurants and sit-down restaurants, pride themselves in making the biggest and most over the top burger or other food they possibly can. We've all seen restaurants that serve a totally enormous burger with several layers of patties and cheese, right? White Castle is a little different than that! Their Sliders are only 2 inches by 2 inches, making them a perfect bite sized burger. The small size and delicious taste makes it hard to eat just one!
Chicken Tortellini Alfredo from Panera Bread
There are a ton of really delicious options on the menu at Panera Bread. Whether it's pasta or a sandwich, there's something there for just about anyone to fill their stomachs with. One popular option is the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo. It's made with Tortellini pasta that's been filled with three different cheeses - ricotta, Asiago, and Romano - and then coated in creamy Alfredo sauce. To top it all off, shredded chicken and Parmesan cheese go on the top. Yum!
Dilly Bar from Dairy Queen
The Dilly Bar is a classic from Dairy Queen. It's a stick that has a round of soft serve vanilla ice cream on it with a thick coating of either chocolate, butterscotch, or cherry. The crunchy coating adds some delicious flavor and texture while the cold and creamy vanilla ice cream inside is the perfect way to enjoy a sweet treat any time. Dairy Queen has a ton of delicious frozen treats but the Dilly Bar is definitely a classic for a reason.

Ordering pizza is great, right? Who can turn down a big slice of pizza, covered in sauce and gooey cheese with a chewy, crispy crust? It makes our mouths water just thinking about it! As good as pizza is, it's almost even better to eat the breadsticks that can be ordered on the side. Little Caesars has breadsticks that they call Crazy Bread that are fluffy, warm pieces of bread coated in a buttery topping flavored with garlic and parmesan. Yes, please!
Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks
Thanks to Starbucks and their Pumpkin Spice Latte that hits stores every fall, it seems like it's impossible to avoid Pumpkin Spice everything in the stores in the fall time. Seriously, there's pumpkin spice cereal, popcorn, sausage, candies, cookies... The list goes on and on. For people who love the iconic PSL from Starbucks, this is a good thing! It's a coffee drink flavored with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove with steamed milk to make it creamy and whipped cream on top.
Big Mac from McDonald's
Just about every fast food place has hamburgers and cheeseburgers. Many of them even have a special burger that's all their own but there aren't many that are as well-known among people as the Big Mac from McDonald's is. This burger is made with a sesame seed bun that's stuffed with two beef patties, cheese, and other toppings like pickles, lettuce, and onions. To really make it special, it has McDonald's super delicious Big Mac Sauce on it. It's delicious with their crispy fries!

Potato Olés are crispy rounds of fried up potatoes, similar to tater tots, that are crispy and covered in delicious seasonings.

When Wendy's first opened their doors, they had a really small menu. It's definitely nothing like the huge selection of delicious food they have now, but there are a few things that have never left the menu at this fast food chain. One of the original menu items that can still be found at Wendy's is the Frosty. When they opened, the signature chocolate Frosty was the only flavor available and was actually a mix of chocolate and vanilla to keep the flavor on the more mild side.

When it comes to sweet treats at Dairy Queen, the Blizzard definitely reigns supreme. It's made with ice cream that has all kinds of delicious goodies blended into it, depending on the kind you get. There are some that are seasonal flavors, like the Cotton Candy Blizzard in the summertime or the Oreo Hot Cocoa Blizzard in the winter, but there are also others that are available year round like the Butterfinger Blizzard and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard. Yum!

Anyone who has ever been to In-N-Out will know that their menu is a little lacking. One of their most popular size is their Chips & Guac. It's tortilla chips that are fried up fresh every day with a cup of creamy guacamole.

Even though many people head to Dairy Queen to pick up a sweet treat like their favorite flavor of Blizzard, there are also a lot of good food items on their menu!
