There's just something about comfort foods, isn't there? The way they work to fill us up with warmth and solace right when we need it most. We don't care what anyone says, food totally has that kind of power and healing quality to it.

Thinking about the specific foods one chooses when they're in a bit of a funky or gloomy mood can say a lot about them as a person.
