Pick Your Favorite Animated Movies, And We’ll Tell You How Many Kids To Have

Cartoons are a form of movies and television that many of us never fully grow out of. We are raised watching animated features, and as we get older, we simply find ones that resonate with the person that we have become. Even so, we still find ourselves taking a stroll down memory lane and indulging in some of our our old favorites, enjoying moments of nostalgia before the reality of our job and bills comes crashing back into our conscience. But, even for those brief moments, we are transported back to a simpler time when our primary concern was what type of Lunchable we'd be taking to school on Friday.

Once we reach adulthood and have children of our own, we once again find ourselves watching cartoons, but this time, we are acting more like hostages of sorts. We try to show our kids the things we watched while growing up, but at the end of the day, they will find a movie that they will watch on repeat, driving you mad in the process. But, we grin and bear it realizing that we did the same thing to our parents.

Today, we are going to have you choose your favorite animated films. Based on your answers, we will tell you how many kids you should have!

Would You Choose Shrek Or Puss In Boots?

In a battle that pits a spin-off film against the franchise starter, we are letting you choose between Shrek and Puss in Boots. Shrek was the first instalment in the franchise that has gone on to become one of the greatest animated franchises ever while Puss in Boots proved to be a success at the box office.

Would You Choose The Sword In The Stone Or The Black Cauldron?

When it comes to Disney’s illustrious canon, these two films are black sheeps of sorts. Neither film is on the same level as some of Disney’s biggest hits, but that hasn’t stopped either from gaining a sizeable following. The Black Cauldron was one of the last films Disney released before the Disney Renaissance.

It is hard to believe that we have had to wait this long for a sequel to The Incredibles, but we are sure that it will be worth the wait. Both of these films don’t act as your typical animated film, and yet, they were still able to pique the interest of moviegoers everywhere. Coraline was a box office hit that looked more like a Tim Burton film than most Tim Burton films. ParaNorman, however, focused on a necromancer and was also a stop-motion animated film.

There is something to be said about a well-made stop-motion film, and both of these films certainly fit this description. Kubo and the Two strings had a box office haul that left a lot to be desired, but critics loved it. Both of these films were large enough hits for Sony that they both spawned sequels. Hotel Transylvania was released in 2012 and pulled down over 350 million dollars during its theatrical release. Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs was released several years prior, and it did over 240 million dollars.
