The people born before 1990 don't know what they are missing. Mary Poppins and Charlotte's Web are great, and we all enjoyed them. But it's safe to say that the 90s and 2000s have them beat. There's classics and then there's those movies that never get old. The movies we grew up on and our parents brushed off as another cartoon or kid movie. We know the truth however.
If you ask any 90s kid, the best animated movies of all time weren't released in the 40s with the rise of Disney, but in the 90s, with the Disney renaissance. Kids born a little later would argue that Pixar is the unequivocal juggernaut of kid movies, able to make us all laugh and cry while immersing us in fantastical worlds. Whatever the case, chances are if you aren't all about movies like The Lion King and Finding Nemo, you're further over the hill than you would like to admit.
