When it comes to supernatural creatures, vampires are among the most popular ones to include in movies, TV shows, and books. They've been around for a long time and we can't lie, we're still not tired of these blood-sucking creatures. They're creepy but they're just so much fun to watch movies and TV shows about. Two super popular ones include the book and movie series Twilight and the TV show that aired on The CW, The Vampire Diaries. Even though the two of them both have vampires as their main supernatural species in the show, anyone who loves vampires and has seen both of them will know that they're super different.
Because they have vampires in common, the two series share a few similarities but there aren't too many of them.
