There are few franchises more enduring today than Disney. With theme parks, merchandise and TV networks, Disney spreads its popularity by reaching a lot of people. Perhaps the most well known commodity Disney exports are its animated feature films. With music and characters that everyone loves, the movies have left an impression on generations of viewers. Even casuals can recognize some of Disney's most iconic characters and films.
For many of us, Disney movies are what we grew up watching. Since parents can be strict about what kind of content their kiddos watch, anything by Disney is a safe pick. There's even some secret ingredient in Disney movies that makes someone want to watch them over and over again. It's not really difficult imagining how these characters become ingrained in our memories. Granted, it's probably been awhile since we really sat down and watched the movies.
