Only 1 In 20 People Will Recognize These Brands And Logos

Logotype comes from the Greek language, but is often just shortened to logo. A logo is a picture or mark that is used to recognize a brand. Anything can have a logo, and these brands range from fast food companies to luxury goods.

Logos help us identify things. For example, a person who doesn't know a lot about cars can easily know the difference between a Toyota and Tesla just by the logo on the vehicle. We know these logos though car commercials or other kinds of advertising.

Speaking of advertising, logos are a great way to do so. A logo creates something easily recognizable that becomes a representation of goods or services. With companies as big as McDonald's, a singular golden arch on a billboard will make you think of a Happy Meal or Big Mac while driving. This may encourage you to want to stop there for lunch. Thus creates success with minimal effort.

Logos may also make us feel important. A luxury purse doesn't need a logo to function. Maybe we purchase Gucci bags for the quality Italian leather, but it also might because having a Gucci bag or belt means something - it's a status symbol.

With so many logos in our lives, it might be impossible to name them all. Only 1 in 20 people will recognize these brands and logos.
