Name As Many Pokemon As You Can And We'll Tell You If You're A Real Trainer!

When Pokémon were first introduced in this world, there were 151 that players had to keep track of. Two decades and six generations later, that number has skyrocketed to over 800. Now it’s only the most hardcore trainers who can even hope to remember all Pokémon by name as they craft the best teams to use in battle.

While some people have naturally good memories and have no trouble remembering names, most people learn through repetition. As such, those who play the Pokémon games will have a much easier time matching names to Pokémon than those who do not. It’s easy to tell the difference.

If you think you’re a true fan of Pokémon, then it’s time to take off the gloves and prove to yourself (as well as the rest of your friends) that you’re not just all talk. Be prepared to scour through every corner of your Pokémon training brain as we throw you through a gauntlet of several random creatures. If you can name the majority of them, then pat yourself on the back. If not, then maybe you should consider a different profession (or a different game franchise).

How many Pokémon can you name without failing along the way?
