There are many Marvel movies that have made it to the big screen -- not all just being the Avengers movies, which have definitely received a lot of hype over the last few years. The Avengers movies actually belong to their own specific “universe” within the Marvel community, called the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Its a running gag for these kinds of movies to have Stan Lee, creator of the Marvel comics have a cameo of some kind (sometimes only being ten seconds of screen time).
It's so exclusive, there are actually phases for all of the movies that have been released so far; with a total of three. In the first phase, there is six movies which primarily consist of origin stories for the original Avengers team. The second phase also has six, and the only real theme for these movies is that the characters face a lot of personal issues rather than big, end-of-the-world stuff. The last phase has eight movies to date.
Again, Marvel is not strictly Avengers characters. There are many different other universes that exist within the Marvel community, which includes mutants and superhumans alike, where a common theme for these characters to obtain powers is through some sort of radiation, so let's try to name them all.
