Warner Bros. Cartoons, Inc. was one of the studios that defined animation as we know it today. They created some of the most successful cartoon characters of all time, like the "Looney Tunes" and "Pinky and the Brain". They were responsible for some of pop cultures most famous icons, such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Speedy Gonzales, Sylvester and Tweety, and even Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner. That is one massive résumé.
Founded in 1933 by Leon Schlesinger, this little animation studio went on to become a powerhouse in animation and entertainment. Sadly though, Warner Bros. Cartoons, Inc. was forced to close its doors for good in 1979.
But fear not, because a successor company, that you may know as Warner Bros. Animation, was opened in 1980, and went on to continue to produce the cartoons that we all know and love to this day. Creating Looney Toons specials and TV series to this day. They even scored themselves a contract with DC Comics and produce all of their animated content.

This old famous mammal loves his carrots, and is forever being hunted by some obsessive hunters. He is smart, funny, fast and the mascot for WB cartoon characters. He also has some weird fixation on doctors, or "Doc" as he loves to say. Created in the late 1930s, and originally voiced by Mel Blanc, this furry little friend has become a household name as the years have gone on. He also has a habit of cross dressing, but that's okay.
Who is the eldest of the Animaniacs?
This guy is the most talkative and quick-witted of the Animaniacs family. He is the leader of the three, and the quickest to take charge of most situations. It is no surprise that his siblings look up to him. He is also the eldest of the three, and usually the quickest to crack a joke. He has a great understanding of the Japanese language and is even better at brandishing two paddleballs at once. A useful talent, I'm sure we can all agree.
Who is this lab rat?
As a genetically modified mouse, this little guy is extremely unstable and hyperactive. He is more open minded, kinder and happier then his friend. He does not seem to mind the fact that his friend constantly berates him and belittles him, probably because he is not bright enough to notice it. In fact, he seems to enjoy it, often laughing at the insults. He is smart in his own right though, and usually points out the thing that will ruin their next plan.
Who is this swordsman?
Having been sent eons into the future by some massive demon is not a great thing to happen to anyone, especially when that demon now rules like, the whole world now. The good news though, is that he made the best of a bad situation, and developed a reputation as freedom fighter for the innocents terrorized by the evil forces of Aku. After more than 50 years, he finally got back home, and defeated the vile monster once and for all.
Who is this duck?
Created in the 1930s, this character practically printed money for Warner Bros. Even after the golden age of cartoons, this character was still one of the most popular cartoon characters around, some even argue more popular than Bugs Bunny. The character talks with a lisp, but it wasn't always that way. In earlier cartoons, it was hardly even noticeable. This guy is a main stay in cartoons, and he changed it for ever as being a completely different character for his time.
Who is the green Powerpuff girl?
She is green and super mean. Her special ingredient is spice and has a fondness for green. Referred to as "the toughest fighter", she is the fighter of the team, and easily ticked off. She has the best special power of them all though: The power to curl her tongue. Despite her violent streak, she is shown to have a softer side, and even has a favorite blanky which she always hugs for the confidence to be a better fighter.
Who is this big headed mouse?
Easily the brain of the duo, this character is one of the smartest in cartoons hands down. Although his plans are pretty stupid sometimes. Also the product of genetic experimentation, he is cold, rude, calculating and pretty evil for a mouse. Despite this, he has fallen in love once or twice. He wants to rise to power over the world, because he believes that he could do a much better job than those currently in power. And he is probably right.

This bird has been a main stay in the Looney Toons for a very long time. And despite what people my think, this bird is actually a dude, believe it or not. Created in 1942, he originally had no yellow feathers, and did not pronounce words like "putty tat" or "tweetie pie". Despite looking like the cutest thing of all time, this bird does in fact have a extremely violent side towards Sylvester, the cat that continues to try to eat him.
Who is the star of this Warner Bros. animated series?
This show as voted the best cartoon show of all time based on a comic book superhero, and second best animated series of all time, just before the Simpsons. This show was known for its dark tone and thematic complexity, making it a truly unique show for kids and adults of all ages. It was so good in fact, that it won four Emmy Awards during its time. The show as also the first in the shared DC animated universe by Warner. Bros.
Who is the second eldest of the 3?
This little guy is by far the most wackiest of the three, and just cannot stop eating, no matter what. He also has this weird thing where he is unable to use an available bathroom, and this causes him to go completely bonkers. Despite this, he is also super polite, but also super aggressive, often beating people up with his mallet. He also enjoy dropping heavy things on people. This includes things such as anvils, bowling balls and massive pianos.
Who is the pink Powerpuff girl?
Being the leader of the Powerpuff girls can make one a little egocentric. That is exactly the case with the this Powerpuff girl. To be fair, she is the smartest member of the group, and is often seen as the most mature of the three too. She is fussy, overbearing, and super vain too. That being said, she is often the peacemaker of the group, even though she is usually the reason for the fights in the first place.
Who is the Batman of the future?
Taking place a few decades after the events of the original animated series, Batman Beyond follows the adventures of a new batman in a new age. This show became almost as popular as the original, and spawned into its own comic line and video games. Batman Beyond has many fans of his own, some of which prefer him over the old school Bruce Wayne of back in the day. But what was the name of the Batman of the future?
What is the name of this hero from Static Shock?
Based on the superhero of the same name from DC comics, this cartoon follows the story of Virgil Hawkins, a kid with powers after being exposed to a gas. The show also tied into the DC animated film continuity, and made Virgil an important part of it. After being exposed to a certain chemical gas, Virgil gains the ability to control electromagnetism, and uses these new found powers to fight crime and prank people. The show ran for 52 episodes.

Nerdy 16 year old Dexter Douglas gains all the knowledge of the internet though a computer bug when his cat walks over his keyboard and accidentally types in a sequence of characters. Blessed with super speed, endurance, strength, agility and insanity, all this make him a powerful superhero, with his greatest weakness being that he is super easy to confuse and distract. The show only ran for 2 seasons, but reruns on other networks turned it into a cult hit.
Who is Batman's iconic sidekick?
Batman has had numerous sidekicks over the years, all under the same name. Some of them have gone on to find their own success and city to protect, others have fallen victim to Batman’s enemies. The worst case being that one was caught by the Joker, and was brainwashed into becoming Joker Jr., a sick and twisted successor to the Joker name. Nevertheless, this character is still an iconic part of the Batman mythos, and a legendary Warner Bros. character.

She is the cutest of The Powerpuff Girls known as "The Joy and the Laughter." Her signature color is sky blue and she loves animals. Her first appearance was in the short Whoopass Stew. She is the 'Sugar' of the trio. But, she was even angrier than Buttercup. She does have tendency to be a bit overemotional though, and is often considered the groups weakest link. She can become very dangerous when tempted, and is the single most feared Powerpuff girl.

With his first appearance being in 1949, this character's only goal in life is to catch that annoying "meep, meep" bird that runs around all day. He is a self-proclaimed super genius, and is constantly laying traps all over the show in order to catch the bird. Unfortunately, he is actually a super idiot, and usually gets caught in his own traps. Hobbies include: Not being good at the one thing he is supposed to do, and taking loads of sick leave.

Okay, look. He is a dog, with Superman's powers. And while that is indeed the most awesome thing you will read today, it does not get much more complicated than that. Turns out that Superman’s dad put this dog in one of those space-baby-cribs and shot him off into space as a test flight. This being a dog we are talking about here, he started pulling on wires, and chewing up the seats, peeing on the carpet, you know, dog things.

This character was first introduced in The Batman Animated Series, and became so popular that she started appearing in other Batman media since. She began her career as a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum, but soon after meeting the Joker, she fell madly in love and as a result she fell into insanity. After springing the Joker from the Asylum, she became his girlfriend and partner in crime. Hobbies include hanging out with Poison Ivy, and hitting people with a mallet.

Trained from a young age in the art of martial arts, this little, yellow bald kid is not one to be messed with. He can be hard to get along with, since he is extremely selfish and boastful, but that often leads him to learn some lessons in humility. He was raised in a monastery away from the outside world, which has made him very naive about the people he meets. He also does not have the strongest grasp on the English language.

This duo is so amazing and well known that they have won seven Academy Awards. They actually tied with Walt Disney’s Silly Symphonies. The show has spun off into a number of shows, and a few full length feature films too. The show is about two adversaries plotting against each other, usually the cat trying to catch the mouse, and the destruction that occurs in its wake. Despite that the two are pretty good friends at the end of the day.

He is a monkey. But not just a monkey. He is an EVIL monkey! And he is actually pretty good at being evil, as he has defeated the Powerpuff Girls on a number of occasions. He truly is a genius evil mastermind. He is partly to blame for the creation of the Powerpuff Girls actually, as he was the one who pushed Professor X into the bottle of Chemical X that broke and fell into the concoction that created the group.

The youngest of the Warner siblings, she is cute, pretty and crazy all together. She even once underwent an operation to implant a beauty mark on her cheek. One of the weirdest things about this character is that she has a major crush on Mel Gibson, which is not that weird if you think about for a bit. Just be sure to use her real name and note some cutesie princess name. You would not like her when she is angry.

Believe it or not, this pig was the first character created by Warner Bros. Looney Tunes studio. Even though he is not as popular now as he was back in the day, he is still around and kicking from just pure star power. He is also polite enough to always let us know that that's all folks, otherwise we may just sit there in a dark room staring at the tv waiting for more. He also has this crazy stutter.
Who is this ancient witch?
This old, ancient Heylin witch was the one causing all the trouble for our heroes. She had conquered the world 1500 years ago, but she was eventually trapped inside a Chinese puzzle box by the Grand Master of the first Xiaolin Showdown. Ol' Jacky boy ended up releasing her from her prison, and now uses him to complete her work. Although she does not respect him for messing up so many times. She is beautiful, powerful, and most importantly: Barefoot.
What do people call him?
This flamboyant, powerful demon has been terrorizing the Powerpuff Girls for a long time. He has awesome lobster hands, although I do not see them being very practical in everyday life. And, honestly, this has to be, hands down, the weirdest villain of all time on any show ever. I mean, he is terrifying! And the worst part is, he never attacks head on, but rather employs psychological, manipulative attacks. Like some kind of weird, red cross dressing, Hannibal Lector.

This self-centered, egotistic and narcissistic little guy is one of the best friends someone could ever wish for. He is blue, as you can see, and has a knack for getting into trouble all the time. Despite all his faults, the little guy has a heart of gold, and is quick to make up and apologize for all his wrong doings. Hobbies include paddle balls, although he can never make the ball hit the paddle, because he has the no hand-eye coordination.

This guy is actually a famous, real life action star and martial artist. They decided to throw him into a cartoon, and it was a pretty good idea too. He plays himself, and is an archaeologist who lives in San Francisco with his uncle. His life of raiding tombs and kicking butt is interrupted when an old friend comes knocking, asking for his help to stop the Dark Hand from getting their dark hands on 12 powerful talismans that could end the world.
Who is this mouse?
This little mouse holds the world record as the "Fastest Mouse in all Mexico". He also talks in a thick Mexican accent, and loves speaking Spanish. His first appearance was back in 1953, he was put up against Sylvester most of the time. Alas, the mouse is too fast for are mere mortal cat. But eventually, the main rival moved more towards Daffy Duck, which does not quite make any sense as ducks do not usually attack mice, but okay, sure, why not.
Who is this fast bird?
Created in 1949, and sharing his first appearance along side Wile E. Coyote, they have been the most successful cartoon duo of all time. The creator of the duo had a very strict set of nine rules that he followed when creating the show, and somehow, they always work. These rules are a perfect recipe for making a cartoon about these two characters together. To date, there have been 48 cartoons made with these characters, and they are still going strong.
Who is his niece?
This young lady is the niece of a our hero Jackie Chan. Although she is Hong Kong-born, she has already been "Americanized" as her grandpa puts it. She is forever getting into trouble, and she always has to be rescued by Jackie every time. That being said, her quick mind and flexible thinking helps Jackie in more situations than he would like to admit. She also seems to have the ability to appear in the middle of a fight at random.

This is the most famous cat in show business, hands down. And all he wants in life is to eat his roommate bird. Is that too much to ask? What may surprise you though, is that this animated character is a three-time Academy Award winning cartoon character. And I am not making this up. Created in 1945, this cat went on to basically print money for WB, and is still going strong to this day. I'm serious about the Academy Awards too.
Who is the Xiaolin Dragon of Wind?
This Rio de Janeiro born young man can control everything related to the air, summoning gale force winds and tornadoes. He even has the ability to make himself fly. Although loyal towards his friends, he has turned to the Heylin side twice, but came back when he realized how much he loved his friends. He is a master swordsmen, and is the proud owner of the Blade of the Nebula. Eventually he was promoted to Shoku Warrior level, basically a team leader.
Who is this evil boy genius?
Self-proclaimed evil boy genius, this dude is an expert in the fields of robotics and mechanics. He is even able to create atificial intelligence, and has used it as a effective weapon. He wants the Shen Gong Wu as he plans on using them to take over the world. Although this is simply because he feels small and worthless, and fears failing at being good as he has failed at being bad. Also, he sleeps with a night light. Poor guy.

This guy was not so popular back in the day, probably because he only communicates in grunts, growls and more grunts. He also has a tendency to eat everything in his path, never stopping to think twice. He also has the ability to spin like crazy, becoming a vortex of destruction only rivaled by his hunger. Created in 1954, the character only saw popularity after the 1990s, and since then has become one of the mainstays in the Looney Toons.
