With the comic book boom in full force right now, the Marvel Cinematic Universe and its output is a true highlight of the cinematic calendar for many a moviegoer. Since it began back in 2008 with Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk, the MCU has constantly gone from strength to strength and has become a true juggernaut of the film world.
Avengers: Infinity War marks the nineteenth big-screen outing for the MCU, and there are a whole host of further movies booked in for the upcoming several years. Sequels are confirmed, spin-offs are in development, and new characters are getting set to be introduced as the possibilities are literally endless as to where the MCU can go with its films, its key players, and its all-encompassing stories.
