For 6000 years The Jedi Order has served a galaxy far far away. They were peace Keepers, generals, and even leaders of the Old Republic. The order has grown and shrank many times, but stories can still be heard about its bravest members. Many men and women have trained in the arts of the Jedi, and today we are going to see how many of them you can name.
Jedi have dedicated their lives to the Force. They have trained under masters and spent years meditating and practicing. Their powers come from the Light Side of The Force. The ability to use this power is unique in the galaxy, but The Force is in all things. Some Jedi specialize in using The Force as a tool, but a Jedi who truly understands its power allows The Force to work through them.
When a Jedi corrupts The Force and uses it to their own whims, they stop being Jedi and become Sith. Though the Dark Side seems more powerful, real Jedi know that it is not. It's flasher, easier, and more seductive, but it is not stronger. The Force remains the same, only the user changes.
We are going to see just how well you know these guardians of peace. You have seen every one of these Jedi in Star Wars movies, TV shows, and video games, but can you name them all?
Which member of the Jedi Council is this?
This Jedi was almost passed up for training until Master Qui-Gon Jinn took him as a Padawan. He would become one of the most powerful Masters on the Jedi Council. He has defeated some of the evilest villains in the galaxy, including General Grievous, and Darth Maul. He is also responsible for Darth Vader needing a life support suit. He trained Luke and Anakin, though it can be argued that he was much better at training the latter. Can you name this Jedi who would become a hermit later in life?

This Jedi was supposed to bring balance to The Force, which he did, by leaving the galaxy with two Jedi, and two Sith. This character was always trying to get an apprentice strong enough to challenge the Emperor, which is why he offered to teach Luke Skywalker. In the end, he would redeem himself by killing Emperor Palpatine and saving his son.

After he lost to Emperor Palpatine, he would go into hiding on Dagobah, until Luke Skywalker came to train with him.

By the time they realized he is evil, he has already taken control of the whole government. He was able to kill three of the four Jedi Masters sent to capture him with hardly any exertion. He was even able to defeat the great and powerful Mace Windu. He was able to convince Anakin Skywalker to become his apprentice but was displeased when Anakin lost most of his body in a duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi.
