Don't Call Yourself The Biggest Simpsons Fan If You Score Less Than 99%

Somehow, it seems that the Simpsons existed before television was even invented. Do not dare question how this is possible. Just accept it as a fact and move on. At this point, the show just kind of exists. No one seems to really go out of their way to watch it, and even the most ardent of  super fans grade new episodes on how much they remind them of the good old days. The show has become an institution. It is a factory that pumps out comedy creators, ideas, and concept that then go out and on to other shows.

The Simpsons were once the rebels. Condemned by the establishment, and banned from schools. Politicians used them as an example of the worst kind of family values. And Bart's "Eat My Shorts" shirts were not allowed in the homes of good children. And now, two decades later, the show's family is being held up as an example of an American family. The Simpsons are rock and roll and they are now in their touring with their greatest hits phase. They became the establishment they were rebelling against. It happens. It's the natural cycle of any cool media that lasts too long. They still shaped the modern comedy landscape, and put out some of the funniest sentences and gags uttered by anyone in the last twenty years.  If you are a true Simpsons fan, let's see how well you can do on this quiz!
