Have you ever heard the old adage, "age is just a number?" To most, it's a unique way to validate their decisions. By stating that age is nothing more than a label, they're free to do things that may seem older or younger in the eyes of society. From the outside, it seems like a pretty silly excuse. However, this particular statement holds a lot more merit than most think.

Physical age definitely matters, since our bodies and physiologies change over time. However, our "mental age" can be very different from how old we really are. When it comes to the mind, age really is just another number. You can be 55 and fell like you're 10 years old, or be 15 and feel like you've matured to 30. There are a wide array of personalities in this world, each with their own unique mental age.

We've pieced together a series of questions that will help test what particular age range you fall into. A lot of the subject matter is silly fun, but some of it will give you a great glimpse into how you interact with the world around you.

Now we're getting into some of the harder questions. We don't usually think to think about it since we're so busy living life, but stress is something that affects virtually everyone.
