Nintendo first started their foray into the video game industry in the 1970's, and since then they've become one of the most influential companies in the industry. Many kids grew up buying each and every different iteration of their famous consoles, as the Company defined what the term, "console generation" meant. From the Super Nintendo to the recent Nintendo Switch, Nintendo has constantly pushed the creative envelope (except for the Wii U) and developed their well known characters into their own popular series of games, most of which revolved around Mario and the Mushroom Kingdom roster of characters. The Nintendo characters are made up of different species, aliens, fighters, heroes, and villains, and Nintendo is one of the only companies that is able to blend them all seamlessly in their "party" focused games like Super Smash Bros. and Mario Party. Nintendo was building a shared universe far before Marvel and DC, and it's hard to find a person that hasn't had their life impacted severely by the Nintendo brand of video games and consoles. But with time has come a grand lineup of characters throughout the generations, and this quiz will test your knowledge of the famous and the obscure. So without further ado, Can You Name All These Nintendo Characters?
