Born in 1966, Adam Sandler has been entertaining the masses for nearly three decades. He was one of the“Bad Boys Of Saturday Night Live,” from the early nineties alongside Chris Rock, David Spade, Mike Myers, and Dana Carvey. Alongside the iconic lineup, Sandler gave us memorable bits like “Broccoli Man,” before leaving the show in 1995 to focus on a career in the movies.
While his film debut was 1989’s Going Overboard, and he gave a memorable turn as Pip in Airheads, Sandler’s first real taste of movie fame was Billy Madison in 1995. Since then, Adam has given memorable performances in screwball comedies, romantic comedies, and even some dramas.
Even though some critics and even fans have written him off, thanks to complete box-office blunders like Jack And Jill, That's My Boy, and Netflix original, The Ridiculous 6, Sandler still holds a pretty decent grasp on Hollywood and has released several films in the past few years on Netflix that continue to trend well according to the on-demand service’s numbers.
