Question 1

What type of armor does Boba Fett wear?

You know, for somebody who literally does nothing in two movies, Boba Fett sure has a huge fan base! Most would attribute this to the mystery that surrounds his character; he is just kind of standing there next to Darth Vader, and is one of the few characters that actually gives the Sith Lord orders and lives to tell the tale. Then there is his armor, which has become an iconic piece of the Star Wars mythos; what type of armor does Boba wear?

Question 2

Who shot first?

Ah yes, we're going to ask you the age old question that has plagued Star Wars fans since the release of the Special Editions in the '90s - Who shot first? You all know the setup: Jabba's henchman Greedo has finally cornered Han Solo in the Mos Eisley cantina. As he sits there, demanding that Han fork over the bounty on his head, the sly smuggler steadies his trusty blaster under the table. The scene comes to a climax, and Greedo ends up fried to a crisp. But who shot first in the original movie?

Question 3

Why couldn't Leia, Kylo Ren, or Snoke find Luke Skywalker?

Old Luke

In the months leading up to Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, fans were puzzled as to why they hadn't seen any sign of the legendary Luke Skywalker. But wait, why couldn't Leia, Snoke, or Kylo Ren just use the Force to sense where he was in the galaxy?

Question 4

Who was Count Dooku's Master when he was a Jedi?

Before he was the villainous Darth Tyranus, the main antagonist of the Clone Wars was just a regular Jedi named Count Dooku. He was always more on the "Grey Jedi" side of things, but was tempted to the Dark Side after the death of his former padawan, Qui-Gon Jinn. Though he was an old man by the time Episode II rolled around, Count Dooku was once a fledgling Force user who was trained by this legendary Jedi Master. Who was it?

Question 5

What color of lightsaber is NOT canon?

The lightsaber is the probably the most iconic thing to come out of the Star Wars films. Sure, other Sci-Fi movies have tried to do the whole "laser sword" thing, but none of them has done it as eloquently as these movies. Every color under the sun could be used in the old canon, but that was wiped away when Disney bought the franchise. What saber color does NOT exist in the current canon?

Question 7

Who was the main villain of A New Hope?

Looking back on the original Star Wars, it feels somewhat out of place with the rest of the saga. There's inconsistencies with the lore, characters are introduced and killed off in the same film, and the climax doesn't involve an epic lightsaber duel. This is probably why so many fans consider it to be their favorite (or second favorite) in the entire franchise! It's also interesting to watch because, unlike the rest of the films, the main villain has little to do with Darth Vader! Who was the main villain?

Question 8

How did Anakin's mother die?

Anakin Mom

One of the most heart-breaking moments in the entire saga comes in Episode II, when Anakin Skywalker returns to Tatooine because he senses his mother is in grave danger. Sure enough, he finds out from Watto and his mom's new husband that she was captured. What was the cause of death for Anakin's mom?

Question 9

Why did Han and Leia split up?

Forget Anakin and Padme, Han Solo and Leia Organa will always be the power couple of Star Wars! How did Darth Vader ultimately die?

Vader Death

He tells his son to remove his mask, saying that he's going to die anyway. Why is this the case?

Question 11

Why did Jabba put a bounty on Han Solo?

During the course of the original trilogy, Han was a man on the run. It's revealed by Greedo in A New Hope that the infamous gangster Jabba the Hutt had put a large bounty on the smuggler's head for something he had done in the past. Han had done various jobs for the Hutts, and Jabba took this flub as a personal betrayal, and put a price on his head so large that "he wouldn't even be able to go near a civilized system." What did Han do to make him so angry?

Question 12

What was the name of Jango and Boba Fett's ship?

Question 14

Who did Luke live with on Tatooine?

Fans always like to point out that it makes no sense that Luke would be hidden on Tatooine, the same planet that his father was born on. But it actually makes perfect sense; Darth Vader had nothing but bad memories of his old planet, and never wanted to step foot there again. Thankfully he didn't, because he would have sensed both his old Master and his offspring. Luke lived on Tatooine until he was a teenager, being watched over by...

Question 15

Why did Finn defect from the First Order?

Finn

FN-2187 is one of the rare occasions of a Stormtrooper defecting from his team and joining the others. The hero decides to leave the First Order early on in The Force Awakens, helping Poe Dameron escape so that he can pilot them back to safety. Things don't go their way, and he meets up with Rey and BB-8. Why did Finn want to leave the First Order?

Question 16

Who co-piloted the Falcon with Lando in Return of the Jedi?

People tend to forget that the Millennium Falcon was originally Lando Calrissian's ship. Han won the magnificent piece of junk from his old friend and rival in a game when they were young. Despite its shortcomings, the ship is perhaps the most infamous in the Star Wars universe; it always escapes Vader's clutches, and it's a painful reminder to Kylo Ren of his past. In Return of the Jedi, Lando pilots the ship during the final assault on the second Death Star. Who is his co-pilot?

Question 17

Obi-Wan used the excuse that what he told Luke was true...

Look, we all know that the real reason that Obi-Wan didn't tell Luke that Vader was his father and that Leia was his sister was that George Lucas hadn't come up with those ideas yet. However, he tried to retcon the Jedi Masters words in the third film of the original trilogy, when he has Kenobi appear to Luke in the form of a Force Ghost. Luke (rightfully) berates his Master, who responds with the now infamous words, "What I told you was true..."

Question 18

Who ran the junkyard on Jakku?

Unkar Plutt

Rey's home planet of Jakku is one of the most barren places in all of the Star Wars universe. It was never a hotbed of activity, but a turning point of the Galactic Civil War occurred above the planet, causing several starships to crash down on its surface. As a result, inhabitants of the world resorted to salvaging parts from the downed ships and selling it off to junk dealers in exchange for food. What was the name of the alien that Rey always visited?

Question 19

Which of these characters can NOT come back as a Force Ghost?

Obi Wan Ghost

Believe it or not, becoming a Force Ghost after you die is not a common thing in Star Wars. Which of these characters can NOT come back as a Force Ghost?

Question 20

Where would Star Wars be without its most lovable Protocol Droid, C3-P0? He is the yin to R2-D2's yang as well as one of the few comic reliefs of the saga that is tolerable! You may not be able to recognize him with his red arm, but the anxiety-ridden droid has appeared in every single film to date (including Rogue One). Episode I revealed that he was originally built on Tatooine by Anakin Skywalker. When was Threepio finally able to get off the planet?

Question 21

What is Emperor Palpatine's first name?

Darth Vader is ruthless. Tarkin is calculating. Boba Fett is mysterious. Darth Maul was a BA. Then there was Emperor Palpatine, who gleefully cackles as he throws chairs of the Galactic Senate at Yoda and while he tries to electrocute Luke to death. Palpatine is about as hammy of a villain as you can possibly get, and we absolutely love him for it! We got a lot of the characters backstory in the Prequels, but we weren't given his full name until a 2014 book - What is it?

Question 22

Why did Ben Solo change his name to "Kylo Ren?"

Much like his parent's relationship, fans have a love/hate thing going with Kylo Ren. Some view him as the series' most complex villain yet, while others just think he's a whiny Anakin Skywalker rip-off minus the cool Darth Vader armor. In The Force Awakens the audience is given the information that his name was originally Ben Solo before he was seduced to the Dark Side by Snoke and felt betrayed by Luke. Why did he change his name to "Kylo Ren?"

Question 23

Where did Luke get his green lightsaber from?

We can only imagine how awesome it was to see Luke Skywalker ignite his new green lightsaber on screen for the first time in Return of the Jedi. Luke had lost his previous saber when Vader cut off his hand in Episode V, and needed to gain a new weapon. Luke's new saber was originally supposed to be blue, but the director was having issues with that color showing up against the sky during the Sail Barge scene. How did Luke get his new saber?

Question 25

How did Darth Maul survive Episode I?

If you didn't realize that Darth Maul survived Episode I, you probably shouldn't be taking this quiz! Casual fans will remember that he was sliced in half by Obi-Wan at the end of The Phantom Menace. Maul took a pretty heavy blow in Episode I and was still able to come back (albeit with robotic legs). How did he survive being cut in half?

Question 26

Who was considered the deadliest bounty hunter before Boba Fett came around?

Boba Fett may be the most feared bounty hunter in the entire galaxy by the time Episode V comes around, but this wasn't always the case. During the Prequels, Fett is just a child. During the Clone Wars TV show we get to see the youngster grow up into becoming the legend we know him as today. However, he got some major help along the way by this other legendary bounty hunter. This was one of the few characters who faced off against Jedi multiple times and lived to tell the tale.

Question 27

Who was Palpatine's master?

Incredibly enough, we still don't know a ton about the Emperor's past. Everything in the old canon has now been turned into "Legends," and he was only a secondary character in the Prequels. However, we did learn a few things about Palpatine: He was trained by this Sith Lord, who was considered the most powerful of all time until the Emperor dethroned him. Though we never see this character on screen, he is alluded to in Revenge of the Sith.

Question 28

What made Padme Amidala's time as Queen so historic?

Padme Amidala

Padme Amidala was the character in the Prequels that allowed us to see things from a non-Jedi perspective. She started off as the Queen of Naboo before becoming a Senator and Anakin Skywalker's wife. Sadly, she died from unknown causes in Revenge of the Sith just after giving birth to Luke and Leia. However, Padme was a powerful and headstrong character (just like her daughter would be in the future). Her reign as Queen of Naboo was historic in the Star Wars lore. Why is this?

Question 29

Which of these characters has NOT owned R2-D2?

Next to Darth Vader, R2-D2 is the most recognizable character in the Star Wars saga. Even people who are barely familiar with the story will recognize the little droid's beeps and whistles as well as his design. This means that several different characters have been is "owner" (although we all know R2 is his own droid!) throughout the saga. Which of these characters has NOT owned R2?

Question 30

What did the Empire to do Wookies after the Clone Wars?

Hailing from the planet Kashyyyk, Chewie is a member of the warrior Wookie race that helped Master Yoda during the Clone Wars, and aided in his escape from Order 66. After the war was over, the Empire was not happy about this treachery, and punished the Wookies accordingly. What did they do to them?

Question 31

Who was Obi-Wan's girlfriend?

Obi-wan-Kenobi

When it comes to the Jedi Order, Obi-Wan Kenobi is about as perfect of a Jedi as you can get. He took all his oaths seriously and never was one for funny business. This is why it is so shocking to learn during the Clone Wars TV show that he was actually in love! Though he was able to overcome his feelings for this woman in the past, he and Anakin were tasked with protecting her during the war. She was later killed by Darth Maul in an act of revenge.

Question 32

What fan-favorite character was made canon again in Star Wars: Rebels?

Star Wars Rebels

It has not reached Clone Wars levels of popularity yet, but most fans seem to think that Star Wars: Rebels is a great successor to the animated show, and that it is good enough to be spoken in the same breath as the main movies. When Disney bought Lucasfilm back in 2013, they completely erased the old canon. This meant that dozens of awesome characters from the books and video games no longer existed; fans were not happy. However, they got a sliver of hope when Rebels re-introduced this legendary character back into the main canon.

Question 33

What is Han Solo's homeworld?

Like it or not, we're going to find out a lot more about Han Solo's past in the upcoming Solo: A Star Wars Story. Though fans are torn about seeing someone other than Harrison Ford play the legendary smuggler, the production design looks stellar so far and the script writer says it's the best thing he's ever written (and he wrote The Empire Strikes Back!). It'll be exciting to see how this planet, Han's homeworld, gets incorporated into the film:

Question 34

What is Captain Phasma's armor made out of?

She may have an incredible design, but Captain Phasma has seemingly been a dud of a character. In both Episode VII and VIII, the captain of the First Order has had a grand total of maybe 10 minutes of screen time and goes out like a punk in both movies. In the first she was tackled by Chewbacca and held at gunpoint, and the second time around she got knocked into a pit of fire. However, she is the only member of the First Order to have a laser-proof chrome armor, which she had custom made from...

Question 35

What species is General Grievous?

Much like Phasma, General Grievous is a character that looks really cool and works in theory, but doesn't get to do much in the movie he's in. He just kind of runs away and takes a few swings at Obi-Wan before running away again. And then he dies by a blaster shot. He doesn't appear so in Revenge of the Sith, but Grievous is one of the most feared generals in the Separatist movement. He is a cybernetically-upgraded member of this species:
