It is almost impossible to try and explain the Twilight phenomenon that took the world by storm. It was just so surreal! What began as a modest tween book series somehow managed to explode into a wildly popular film series that spawned a new herd of fans known simply as "Twihards." While the name was certainly a little less flattering than we would have liked, we just could not deny our love for Twilight.
Author Stephenie Meyer created an entire world based on one seemingly simple concept: what would happen if a teenage girl fell in love with a vampire? The answer is quite a lot, and it would take four books and five feature-length films to tell such an incredible story! With teenage girls everywhere swooning over the characters and taking a side on the Team Edward or Team Jacob debate, there was no stopping the success of Twilight!
According to IMDB, this year will mark seven years since the last Twilight film, Breaking Dawn Part 2, was released into theaters. Although we no longer have new films to enjoy, we can still indulge in the old films and the books as well to get our much-needed Twilight nostalgia fill. According to IMDB, in the first film, this character is played by Rachelle Lefèvre but is then replaced with Bryce Dallas Howard for Eclipse. These guys are quite the fascinating bunch. Not only are they huge and super intimidating, they also have an interesting way of finding their soulmate called “imprinting” and are also quite strong! There is also another special ability that all werewolves share that is definitely unique to them and them alone.
