Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban was an important movie in the Harry Potter series. Things started getting serious in the magical world and Harry, Ron, and Hermione were starting to grow up—heck, they hit their teenage years afterall! A lot of stuff went down and boy did we stay on the edge of our seats the entire time. Sirius Black went from terrifying to one of our favorite characters, we cried then cheered for Buckbeak, we were introduced to the terrifying dementors, and we learned more about some pretty crazy spells like the Petronas charm.

This was the real coming of age movie for Harry Potter fans. Things weren’t as happy go lucky as the previous two installments. Now things were getting serious with Lord Voldemort and the evil lurking around him. Harry was more experienced too, since this was the third year he had been around so he knew the ropes at Hogwarts, and we felt like we were growing up along with him.
