Both Friends and How I Met Your Mother are iconic sitcoms that will never be forgotten. Friends ended in 2004 and is still watched avidly by new and old viewers alike. There is no doubt that How I Met Your Mother will live on after its end. This is due to the characters, of course. They all have the perfect combination of humour, seriousness, and drama, all while being relatable.
In Friends, there is Chandler, Joey, Phoebe, Rachel, Monica, and Ross. Some of them are interested in science and others fashion. One may be spiritual while another may be focused on cleaning. They are all unique and lovable in their own way, even when they are being made fun of by their friends. There are some normal plotlines and some that are more unbelievable, but we'll have to see how many of them you can identify as a plot from Friends.
Meanwhile on How I Met Your Mother, there is Robin, Ted, Barney, Lily, and Marshall. They spend a lot of time in a bar and are just as funny and relatable as the characters from Friends. Everyone gets angry, it is a normal emotion to experience.
